The search function is very convoluted. If I search for a specific proposal number and/or associated addendums, the matches seem to be in a random order and not numerical/alphabetical. For example if I search for proposal 240400, the results I receive are, in order, opportunity 240400, a company not associated with the proposal, project 240408, opportunity 242040, opportunity 240400 TO3, opportunity 240400 TO1, opportunity 240400 TO2, opportunity 240400 TO4.
