As a trainer, I’m thrilled that this tool offers an abundance of features I’ve always wanted. Interaction with learners is what I value most, and I especially appreciate that this tool enables interactive learning, whether offline or online, synchronous or asynchronous. It also provides a wide variety of interactive options, including not just text posts but also images, audio, video, and file uploads, allowing me to offer meaningful blended learning and practice not only on the day of training but also before and after. The tool is designed for ease of implementation, so even those without strong IT skills can use it effectively, and it’s ready to deploy for training as soon as the next day. When I have questions, the support includes guidance with links to images and videos, which is extremely useful. Additionally, both input and output content can be registered as templates, which greatly enhances efficiency for future sessions, making preparation much easier. Because it is a highly powerful tool, I sometimes feel that it would be helpful if its integration with SNS and other systems could be further enhanced. Also, although there are a wealth of useful options available, it can be challenging to grasp the overall functionality, so I think it would be beneficial to have more information and tutorials to maximize its use.
