
I appreciate UMAI's reservation system and loyalty program because they help build relationships with customers by offering exclusive deals and streamline our operations by auto-assigning tables and preventing overbooking. The seamless UI is a big plus, as it's easy for our floor operation staff to navigate and understand. It doesn't complicate the operation flow and manages table assignments simply, allowing staff to focus on service. Switching to UMAI from Wannascan was a good move since UMAI offers both a reservation system and loyalty programs, which was essential as our restaurant started to grow. There's a feature I would really like UMAI to look into developing, which is the queueing system. It would be beneficial to offer more features to tackle complicated situations that arise from the unique concept of our restaurant. The queueing system would allow us to manage the crowd better, as our diners are usually cramped in front of our deli counters, affecting the operation flow. It would be great if every table is assigned a unique QR code where arrived guests can scan to pop into the queue to be served at the chiller display while seated and waiting.
