Not being able to reach technical support or your sales rep when trying to reach them. Also, their sales rep lied when trying to sell us the software. We were quoted a price, told there will be no additional charges only to find out we needed to pay a "PRP Fee" when trying to prepare tax returns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The part of ultra tax I dislike the most is the data sharing relationship updates when they continue to populate when any changes are made.
