What do you like best about UL Services?
Once I spoke to the correct person, I was told exactly what to expect, how long the testing might take and what they needed to provide us with an accurate report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about UL Services?
When speaking with UL, there were too many options to get to the correct division to assist me with my needs. On the website, make it more straightforward who is responsible for each testing division and how to best reach them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UL Services?
The system managed our compliance training. We have switched to another vendor but I wish they would switch back. There were no issues with UL but the new system is plagued with log-in errors, acknowledgment errors, etc... I miss UL it was fast, efficient, and maintained our training compliance well. What do you dislike about UL Services?
I am sure there were items that came up when we used it but nothing that stands out or was consistently an issue. What I dislike is our company switched to another vendor ;) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
