I appreciate the customizable features, such as unique accrual buckets for tracking seniority and payroll earning and deduction codes that fit our needs. Problem solving can be labor intensive and UKG Ready is a massive product that requires a dedicated HRIS admin to really hone it well. Sometimes I spend hours looking for a solution in the community. UKG has recently changed their support structure for cases, and I often get a level 1 support tech who's just searching the community like I've already done. I experience significant delays in communication for service requests, particularly in creating integrations.
