We recently as a state changed the sick laws, UKG helped us implement them in a timely manner as the laws passed and passed in a different way than what was presented and expected, giving us a new challenge timewise. We had just switched over to Accruals 2.0 in 2023 and worked through all of those changes and now we have to change the way our sick buckets work for all of our pay preps which isn't an easy task.
