I believe that UKG ready is best because of it's interface and layout design. Although I am young and it is easy for me being more tech savvy than my older coworkers. After talking with them it is clear that it is easy for them to use as well. If they can't find something or need help and come to me I can easily help them find it with the interface and everything popping out at you with the layout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would say the only downside that I have had so far with using the application is that at least once a week I get logged out of the system and have to log back in. Which is still a quick fix because o can log back in in a few seconds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Keep in mind that this survey is being completed only two weeks in to having implemented the system. I like the flow of the system and how it pulls reports right onto the dashboard, and I am excited that the mobile app is as developed as the website version.
Navigation takes a little getting used to, but I think once you learn where to search for things, it is pretty straigh forward. I also like that the search can be used for both employees, and to pull up pages within UKG. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We did not realize up front that implementation is a two part process, and that has caused some difficulties since we use our HRIS system for payroll, performance, recruitment, etc. The UKG team did help us speed up phase two, which I am very appreciate of!
As far as the system so far, two things that could be improved are 1. timecards edits - right now a Manager cannot edit an active timecard when their employee is clocked in. This has caused a lot of confusion to our management team. And, 2. building a separate view for the system admins to see all employees separate from their Team view. Right now as a system admin, each time I want to see my direct report, I need to filter the view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about UKG Ready is how easily it interacts with things emailed to Me, like training I need to complete. I know once I see the email from my boss telling me I need to complete a training. I know exactly where it is in the UKG interface and I know that once I complete the training it sends confirmation that I have immediately to my boss. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes UKG is not very seamless when interacting with the Microsoft Authenticator. Often times I don't get the authentication code on the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really enjoy the mobile app, very user freindly also it has the offline capability which is nice. A one stop shop for the hr needs it seems, used another software similar at another job which was solid also. It's a modern day solution, really like that I got my w2 right away 8 days into the new year, solid! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
there isn't a option on the mobile app to clock out for lunch and clock in for lunch it only provides clock in or clock out, hopefully that's fixed in an update in the near future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that I could do so much related to my work such as get reports clock in and out and even leave notes with my time card and a million other things and yet they're all simple and intuitive to figure out how to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Requires a pretty robust internet connection Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best feature in my opinion is the ability to clock in and out remotely from my mobile device. This eliminates the need entirely for physically clocking in at my workplace at the time punch clock which allows me to start or leave work faster every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The thing I dislike the most about the app is some of the elements of the UI that I find a bit cumbersome to handle. One example of this is when trying to trade a shift with someone or attempting to manage company details in your profile. I also dislike how many times it asks me to reset my password, though I believe that may be the fault of my system's administrator instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Almost 2 years ago I started using UKG for the first time. Prior to that, I had only utilized accounting softwares and Redtail Technology. UKG is has so many options that are easy to use. I have done any formal training, although it was offered. It is user friendly and the Community is also a great asset. I have had great experiences jumping on the Community board to ask a question when I am in a hurry. It's great that I can contact customer service via opening a ticket verses having to take the time to call.
I use it every day, for almost everything and I love the reports and mass edit options, just to name a couple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was disappointing when I used the Retro Pay feature in payroll only to find it does not work liike it should. (per the cs rep at ukg that had to help me fix my payroll last year).
The communication with some of the cs reps has been a bit bumpy but it always works out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is accessible from mobile device, computer or onsite clock device. It is easy to read the format. Making change requests is intuitive and simple so it doesn't really require any training. It's easy to find records of days taken/remaining for sick, as well as personal time. It's easy to take part of a day or an entire day/week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only negative I have experienced is that sometimes the connection to mobile device doesn't always register. I have signed in/out on phone but later find it is not in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For the most part UKG Ready is very easy to use and navigate through. UKG also has the information in specifics that you are looking for in regard to your worked hours.
Features that UKG has:
1. My accumulated hours such as viewing your timesheet
2. Features such as correcting a mispunch
3. UKG Ready also has a fundamental game that you could play. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
However, the downside to UKG READY is that the app on your phone may differentiate from a desktop computer. Therefore, you may have to adjust to navigating through UKG Ready if you are using the app on your phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really enjoy using UKG. It's a great platform to manage a large group of people. Managing poeples time off on a large production floor can beocme a challenge. UKG makes it a breeze with managing peoples time off along with an intuative time off calendar. UKG is simplisticly used for the individual as well. Time off requests, direct depsoits information, pay sutbs, tax information etc. Its really all here at your fingertips at any given moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find some of the search engines and sub menus a little choppy? I just feel like some of the calendars and search mechanisms could be a little more straight forward. For example when im in "Time Off Calnedar" i have to manually select a date range instead of being able to just cycle trhough the calendar like i can when im on "My time off" page. Minor inconvienences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
