I love that UKG Ready is one solution that's very easy to use and not custom heavy. It's a product that keeps improving, pairing us with good third party vendors that offer additional resources we can use. One vendor provides an employment verification service, which has saved my department time. I feel like UKG Ready is always looking for ways to improve for their customers while maintaining user friendliness. It's not a complicated system at all. I also appreciate that all my systems are in one place with UKG Ready, and I don't have to log in to multiple systems. They have some great API connections with some of my third party vendors, saving time. The initial setup wasn't very difficult, and we had a great implementation team offering a lot of support, making the process seamless. The piece that does not work well for us is the main scheduler. It's a very wonderful module, but I feel like the timeline for implementing that module should come sooner than some of the other modules. If the main HR is not implemented correctly, you're gonna have challenges with the scheduler, which is where my company is currently facing issues. Tracking progress on tasks for qualifications or exams is straightforward, and managing holiday entitlement is simple as well. UKG offers a range of features that I find both useful and user-friendly. The customer support team is always helpful and readily available whenever I need assistance.
