UKG Pro keeps track of the hourly employees time that I have under me, I am able to easily manage there time schedule if needed and approve PTO and Vacation requests. It sends automated emails for easy approval for these requests and weekly reminders for reviewing and approving any open time sheets which is nice as I do not always remember to go in until I see those reminders.
