What do you like best about UKG Pro?

The implementation process was easy and they offered lots of support overall. The time piece is easy to use and track your team's time and request offs. Core is very easy to use and very straightforward. The support and features has greatly increased over the last few years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UKG Pro?

Easy to navigate. Informative. Has all of the content that I need. Good support when I have questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UKG Pro?

Logging in is challenging for some employees. The two factor autentication codes do not always send making it so employees cannot log in at times. The very long password requirements also give some of my employees challenges when logging in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
