Navigating the mobile application is intuitive, with its features thoughtfully arranged to help me quickly locate what I’m looking for. The application is limited to mobile devices and cannot be accessed through web browsers such as Chrome or Safari. Additionally, it tends to run slowly unless you are connected to Wi-Fi. I also find the process of applying PTO hours to days off and vacation time somewhat confusing. UKG Pro gives us a reliable, centralized source of payroll and HR data, which we've used to build standardized SOPs and calculators for processes like retro pay corrections and PTO supplements for outside benefits (SDI/STD, workers' comp).
