We would have purchased the time clocks, by not integrating the time clocks we have issues with our ERP transferring data, which is our problem and not a dislike of UKG Pro. If you don't go with UKG Time Clocks your going to regret because if makes the process harder because you have the ERP and UKG and your IT and HRIS on the phone a few times a week fixing items. I have recently started using the UKG Pro portal and its so easy to use and its like a one stop solution for all my HR related issues.
