The only downside I have encountered is that when punching out for the day, there is a lag between this action, and acceptance that causes the clock to continue ticking changing the time result for that punch out. I have frequent problems logging in and pages take forever to load, often freezing up entirely. The lack of support makes these issues even worse. Also, the process of logging in and switching between apps feels clunky, and frequent updates often makes it less functional.
