I find UKG Pro very convenient because it houses all our HR functions within one program, which is great. It includes payroll, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and performance reviews, all centralized in one location. Employees find the system very user-friendly and convenient. They can usually find exactly what they need within their portal without much guidance from us as administrators. I appreciate it because everything is centralized, eliminating the need for multiple logins. UKG Pro has excessive updates and constant changes. I find it frustrating because when I look up instructions for tasks I do periodically, the instructions are often outdated due to updates, and tabs have moved to different screens. This wastes time as I have to locate where things are now. I wish UKG could notify users of changes more effectively or not make changes quite so often, as it seems updates happen multiple times every month.
