How to get the contact information of calls in waiting that are not coming through to live agents?
Calls are being kept waiting in the line and there are no details to get back to those customers.

Can we add features like the customer can verify their information via IVR
Before the customer answered by the representative they can verify their information via IVR so their information will be auto populate to us.
