Ufleet manages to handle a very dynamic logistics flow with high order volumes and short lead times. We issue 200–250 orders per hour across 20 couriers, and often receive last-minute orders that need to be routed and picked up within 10 minutes. Very well developed API supporting route optimization actions for delivery tasks manipulation and routing optimization. The transparency it gives us is definitely the most helpful feature of ufleet. We see order statuses and can track delivery plans execution in real time. We know the level of service for each single delivery, on average for the day/month, or for each customer over longer periods. When certain metrics are off we take actions. Some of the data we want to analyze cannot be exported from the menu. For example when we want to compare planned routes vs. actual route execution by drivers, we need to reach out to Ufleet every time even though the data is visible in the
