What I like best about UENO and what originally compelled me to sign up with them were their promo package deals to build and host your website for life! What I strongly dislike about using UENO is it feels nearly impossible to get in touch with a live person to answer questions. I've emailed more than 10 times and put in requests for help, and I get responses from BOTS. This doesn't given me confidence to use them again. Since I've already purchased the bundle package for lifetime hosting, I will still use them, but if I need to launch another website, I likely won't use them again.
