"Streamlined Learning with User-Friendly Platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Udemy Business?

I really appreciate the user-friendly and intuitive interface of Udemy Business. It feels like a convenient ecommerce platform, making it easy to add courses to a cart and enroll in them, just like shopping on Amazon. This ease of use makes learning interesting and straightforward. The platform also provides a wide range of course catalogs, helping me enhance my skills and plan for future goals, which is valuable for my job role and performance evaluations. The SSO type login for accessing the platform is also straightforward, integrating seamlessly with our organization portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

I don't see any new big creators or instructors signing up on Udemy Business. There are only a few from the past, and I remember them from my college times. There seems to be a lack of promoting big instructors or establishing a strong instructor-level connection on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Udemy Business?

Complicated tasks are visualized so they are easy to keep track of.

I struggle with keeping all the parts in one place, and UB helps me by creating a visual landscape that makes managing many parts easy.

Drag and drop interface is very easy to use and intuitive.

I find it that my coleagues are better at navigating tasks too because they can see the solutions easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, User-Friendly Platform That Saves Training Time and Builds Skills"
4/5
What do you like best about Udemy Business?

One of the biggest advantages for us has been how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. Employees were able to jump in and start learning right away without needing much guidance, which made rollout across our team much smoother than we expected. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, so people spend their time actually learning rather than trying to figure out how the platform works.

This ease of use translated directly into time savings on employee training. Instead of coordinating in-person sessions or building out training materials from scratch, we could point employees to relevant courses and let them learn at their own pace. That freed up a lot of hours for our team that used to go into organizing training.

Beyond the time savings, we've also seen a real improvement in employee skills. People have been able to pick up new capabilities relevant to their roles, and it's been encouraging to see them apply what they learned on the job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

Pricing has been one of our main pain points. As our team has grown, the cost of maintaining licenses for everyone has added up more than we initially expected, and it hasn't always felt proportional to the value we get out of it, especially for departments that use the platform less frequently. More flexible pricing tiers based on usage would be a welcome improvement.

Support response times have also been slower than we'd like. When we've run into issues or had questions, it sometimes took longer than expected to get a resolution, which was frustrating when we needed a quick turnaround. Faster response times, or a more robust self-service help center, would go a long way in addressing this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I can grab any course for free with my Udemy Business subscription. It's great for fine-tuning my learning based on my Cloud and DevOps experience. I also appreciate being able to download valuable resources and communicate directly with instructors to resolve any queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

I don’t see any disadvantages. You can get any course you want for free!! In fact, the company covers the entire cost, so you don’t have to pay a single dime to buy a course. It’s a very good platform for learning new courses and picking up new skills. Overall, I can’t really find any cons.

I’m not sure of any major drawbacks, because I honestly couldn’t find any. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Flexible and Practical Learning Platform for Professional Growth"
4/5
What do you like best about Udemy Business?

I like Udemy Business because it provides access to a vast library of high-quality courses that cover a wide range of professional and personal development topics. The platform allows me to learn at my own pace, which makes it easy to fit training into my daily schedule without disrupting my work. I appreciate that the courses are created by experienced instructors who share practical knowledge and real-world examples, making the learning experience engaging and immediately applicable. Whether I want to improve my leadership skills, strengthen my communication, learn new software, or deepen my understanding of business, sales, or technology, I can always find relevant and up-to-date content. Another feature I value is the ability to revisit lessons whenever I need a refresher, helping me reinforce what I've learned over time. The structured learning paths and course recommendations also make it easier to stay focused on my career goals and continuously build new skills. I enjoy the flexibility of accessing courses from different devices, allowing me to learn whether I'm at home, in the office, or traveling. Overall, Udemy Business supports continuous learning in a convenient, practical, and motivating way, making it an excellent resource for both individual growth and professional development. It encourages a mindset of lifelong learning, helping me stay competitive in a constantly evolving job market while giving me the confidence to take on new challenges and responsibilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

One aspect I dislike about Udemy Business is that the quality of courses can vary depending on the instructor. While many courses are excellent, some feel outdated or don't go into enough depth for advanced learners. It can also be difficult to choose the best course when there are several covering the same topic. In addition, I would appreciate more interactive features, such as live sessions, hands-on projects, or direct feedback from instructors to make the learning experience even more engaging. Better personalization and more consistent updates to older courses would also improve the platform. Overall, these are relatively minor issues, and they don't outweigh the value that Udemy Business provides for professional development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Learning in a practical way that meets actual work requirements"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Udemy Business?

Udemy Business is unique in that it emphasizes skills that are applicable to the workplace rather than just academic material. Learning feels practical and inspiring because the courses are simple to follow and made to be used right away at work. I can select classes that closely relate to my current responsibilities, learn at my own pace, and go over material again when necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

The variance in course quality is the primary disadvantage. Some courses feel very polished, while others feel less structured or out of date because the content is created by different instructors. Finding the best course among a number of similar options can take some time. n addition, some courses would benefit from more hands-on exercises or stronger assessments to better measure learning progress.
