I would say the deal is a win-win situation. Before this I use chatfuel, I migrated into a third-party script I bought in Codecanyon. Then, Uchat offers some good deals. So, after several months of using the platform, I was satisfied with the flow builder, the hassle-free while creating the chat flow, the user are free to build the integration between UChat with another system. If you have not started any chatbot before this, I would recommend using UChat, because the user interface is user-friendly or beginner-friendly. You don't have to learn so many technical things, because UChat has covered that. You need to develop your chatbot and start interacting with your customer. Their team also works hard on making new videos and improving their documentation from time to time. Also not to forget, their team also actively produce new features for user benefit. **What do you dislike about UChat?** Every platform would encounter some unexpected bugs. That's normal, and the main concern for users might be how fast they respond to the user. Not to say that I dislike their response; it's just that maybe the team can improve it from time to time. Some issues related to several users does not understand the UChat offering. Maybe UChat team can improve the way they deliver the message to their future user. Perhaps with more interesting infographics, some users might prefer to watch videos. Overall, I satisfied with the services offered by UChat. **What problems is UChat solving and how is that benefiting you?** By using UChat, it helps me to produce a good flow of chat communications. Before this, by using third-party script, I would worry about updating the system according to the chat platform like Facebook, or whatsapp if the system has recent updates. So, when using UChat, I do not have to worry for that now and focus on developing the template and some integration that might be beneficial for the chat system. ### 12. Having been in the chatbot marketing space for over 5 years and worked with great platforms like Manychat I have seen my fair share, but UChat has so much more to offer than any of those platforms. Feature-wise they are lightyears ahead of any chatbot platform out there and this gives an important edge over any competitor easily. Besides the features, I really like the number of channels they allow to build chatbots on. Currently, 10 channels are supported and more are on their way this year even. This will make sure any business can get in touch with their audience on the channels they prefer to use. Also the ability to customize the flow builder to your own liking is an amazing one. It makes it so you can work the most productive way possible. So happy to have discovered the platform when I did and have seen the development this past year the platform heads to new heights where you would be crazy not to take advantage of! **What do you dislike about UChat?** I would prefer to see that the channels will combined in an omnichannel way instead separately. I have heard this will be done sometime in the future, but it could not come soon enough :) Would save a lot of work when building out chatbots and also having a unified inbox where all users can be spoken to in whatever channel they reside would be one step closer to becoming the best all-round platform there is! **Recommendations to others considering UChat:** If you are wanting to implement conversational marketing into your business than there is no better platform out there than. UChat. It is by far the most feature-rich and robust chatbot platform which will allow you to create chatbots for your own business and that of your clients in no time! **What problems is UChat solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use chatbots to automate my business and to serve people inside my premium membership.
