**What do you like best about Ubona Contact Center Solution?**

I really like the Ubona, its time saving tool. The best thing I love the most in this is it will pick the tickets automatically and distribute to all our agents as per the flow. it reduced my errors while handing tickets.

**What do you dislike about Ubona Contact Center Solution?**

Sometimes we will receive the resolved tickets and also once we responded and closed the tickets it wont go from our bucket.
It needs to be fixed.
Remaining all good only.

**What problems is Ubona Contact Center Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time saving tool, increase my productivity and performance. Call quality is very good. Auto assisgning of all tickets to all my team equally according to flow.
