Pricing can be a bit more but coincides with quality of equipment

**Recommendations to others considering Ubiquity:**

Port Switches, firewalls, cloud and other equipment are of the highest quality so would recommend adding to the network for security and durability

**What do you like best about Ubiquity?**

What I liked best about Ubiquity was the supportive and well-structured work environment. The company provides excellent training, clear communication, and the tools needed to succeed, which made my experience as a customer service agent both rewarding and smooth. Ubiquity’s focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency also stands out—they help businesses deliver consistent, high-quality support while continuously improving processes. The biggest upsides are the strong team culture, the emphasis on professional growth, and the ability to make a real impact through exceptional service.

**What do you dislike about Ubiquity?**

While my overall experience with Ubiquity was very positive, one area that could be improved is the workload during peak hours—it could become quite intense at times. Having more consistent staffing or support during those periods would have helped maintain an even better balance and avoid burnout. That said, the team was always supportive, and management did their best to help us manage the pressure.

Ubiquity provides reliable customer service solutions for businesses, which ensures consistent and high-quality support for their customers. As an agent, I experienced firsthand how their systems streamline workflows, enhance team collaboration, and maintain customer satisfaction across various industries.
