Top Rated Ubiq Alternatives
What I like about the Ubiq Hive is that it is so easy to use. We have Intel Nuc which is a small factor PC that houses the system. This allows us to have the system stay on 24/7, so whoever is presenting during the day can add the ext and share their screen. The entire process takes about 5 minutes. Honestly. There's not much to say about dislikes. The only thing I can recommend is the latency of the software. Sometimes when using the software you can point to an object on your screen and it takes time to see the change on the T.V. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the seamless room meeting scheduled according to our requirements. We can easily start the meeting and we can end, and we can also break the meeting.
We can invite the participants to the meeting through the wireless service provided by Ubiq. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is somewhat challenging to invite through links via Skype and telegram. but when compared with other services, it is better, and I choose the Ubiq. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-Very easy to connect with multiple data sources and simple to use.
-Visual dashboard designing is pretty easy to use.
-Sharing dashboard in the form of PDF ,JPEG & CSV is also very convinient Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its support must be extended further than SQL database which will make it mopre convinient to use.Managing which chart goes to which environment can be made further easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the wireless setup. We recently added this to our redesigned conference rooms and it has worked perfectly. We have two rooms and are able to host two classes at the same time and connect wireless from one room to the other. It has worked so seamlessly and my department is quite impressed. I also like the fact that it is user-friendly. We were able to print out some instructions and everyone seems to know what do to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not dislike anything, but during the tutorial the internet was not connecting properly so we had to sit and wait for them to figure it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about Ubiq is Seamless integration with MySQL, great cloud support, and minimal use of coding required to create intuitive and instructive charts for data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much to dislike; keep improving your integrations with 3rd party software like AWS, Firebase, etc., else you can use a little less excel type styling and opt for more material design in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Using Ubiq we could do a wireless projection to different systems connected in a network via ethernet or wireless medium.
We could also send invites to the users and set up the start and end times of the meeting.
We could also customize the brand, color, images and theme of the meeting.
It has a meet orion feature using which we could set voice messages like voice command to start or when the meeting is about to end or break in between.
We could also set push notifications like scheduled and on-demand notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In the case of push notifications, it is limited to a room only we couldn't avoid sending a notification to a particular attendee.
There is a need of external plugins for meeting notifications like sending notifications on skype, slack or gmail.
Although it has connectivity frequency montiroring it is not able to track how much frequency a particular room has utilized in a period.
It has connectivity with office 365 but not with other smaller tools like WPS office or Open Office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Ubiq's Unifi AP and I can say that it is a great access point and wifi controller at the same time of high quality. The models are beautiful, have a good and friendly interface. The equipment is configured automatically and always looks for the best signal and is free of noise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The hardware is great and so far we don’t need to call support and warranty. We have already had minor bugs in the configuration interface but have already been resolved with firmware updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have an optimal experience with Ubiq on the WLAN network. Ubiq has very good access points with excellent prices. I really like the design of the equipment and especially its technology. The range radius is good and supports many people at the same time using the wireless network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ubiq has great support and a good community that helps to solve problems and questions. We had no problems with wifi signal or errors in the solution management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our Ubiq WLAN network is able to meet all the needs of providing secure and wide wireless network connection to several branches. The network is used by both external users (guests) and employees. Guests access from a link where it is necessary to register an ID and a password. The signal from the Access Point Ubiq is excellent and has a very good range on the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz frequencies. The equipment could have a system more optimized for visibility of the traffic of the network and with that have an application control systems in layer 7 to block this traffic in specific. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ubiq surprised positively. What I have enjoyed most are the competitive prices and below the major players in the market. And it has nothing to like in advanced lan and wlan features. Ubiq Access Points are beautiful, white, clean and look great on the ceiling. The signal from the wireless network is automatically calculated and does not require human intervention to adjust and configure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only almost negative point I found is the support. The rest is great. Competitive price, good cost benefit, good features, security and hassle free wifi. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ubiq provides us with a lot of comfort, security and flexibility in relation to the wireless network. They are small and powerful access points, with a lot of technology with better signal direction, technology to avoid noise and interference, speed increase, distribution of RF channels automatically, visualization of access and contents, among others. Our wifi network has so far had no technical problems or loss of wifi signal. The devices are robust, durable and provide the signal over a long range. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
