Ubiminds is a partner that goes beyond the traditional staff argumentation offered by many companies. Ubminds has been helping LawnStart to scale its product and engineering teams without losing focus on culture alignement and technical requeriments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ubiminds?

They work side by side with the LawnStart team on building high performance distributed teams. The quality of their services have been outstanding. They treat people with respect and not as "traditional contractors" as other companies out there.

What do you dislike about Ubiminds?

I don't have things I dislake. One may say their price is not like eastern europe or India. I would argue you get what you pay for. Ubiminds offers a white glove service high touch experience that maximizes value delivered to the organization. It goes without saying but having similar timezone with US increases collaboration time drastically resulting in better performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ubiminds solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have worked with Ubiminds to source candidates in Brazil for several years across a number of technologies. These candidates have have extremely low turnover and delivered reliably for us again and agin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ubiminds?

Ubiminds works as a partner, it takes some time to learn how we were sourcing candidates, finding individuals who were comfortable with multiple programming languages and data stores. They stuck with us as we worked through this learning approach and became more and more adept at finding applicable candidates saving us time in interviewing. What do you dislike about Ubiminds?

I don't really have much negative to say. Like any staffing org, it is hard to find good talent, this isn't really specific to ubiminds, there's just not enough great software engineers looking for work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
