This tool has several useful features which we used in one of the NLP applications, we imported data from multi-format documents like txt,CSV pdf and json which also had several geographical-based languages within pdfs data. The best part of the tool is the annotations and label categorization. It helps to read the data from different types of sources having similar kind of fields. UBIAI has a really stunning UI. It is very easy to work with. A couple of things that draw me to UBIAI are that it could accept data in a LOT of formats (even including PDFs!). My project involves transforming unstructured data like PDFs into structured data, and I had a really hard time finding the right annotation tool. I love this product as this provides amazing support for document classification and named entity recognition. The NLP tasks UI is very intuitively embedded into this product and it is really easy to use. The export formats like Spacy and Amazon Comprehendare also supported.
