**What do you like best about Uberall?**

I like how easy Uberall is to use, and I appreciate that all the information I need is in one spot. It's also where my Google reviews are, and I can respond to them from there. This is the first software we’ve used of its kind, and it really helps with maintaining our online presence for the bakery.

**What do you dislike about Uberall?**

I still haven't had a chance to go through all the different options Uberall has or offers my business, so that's a tough one to answer. I don't know too much about Uberall other than that's where my Google reviews go and where I can respond to them. I do need to spend some time reviewing the actual site to see what it has to offer.

**What problems is Uberall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uberall helps with my bakery’s online presence by managing Google reviews and responses. It's easy to use and consolidates all the info I need in one place.

What I like best about Uberall is how it simplifies managing multiple locations by centralizing reviews, listings, business updates, and performance tracking into one platform. It saves a lot of time, improves consistency across stores, and makes it much easier to stay on top of customer feedback and local search visibility.

One downside of Uberall is that some features can feel overly complex or require a learning curve to fully utilize, especially when managing multiple locations and integrations. Reporting and syncing issues can also occasionally be frustrating, and certain updates or listing changes still require manual intervention. Additionally, pricing can feel high depending on the size of the business and the level of functionality needed.

I use Uberall to manage brand social media posts for a dealership network. It helps with overall message consistency and, most importantly, it's time-saving. I like the analytics dashboard because it's all in one place, making it easy to see everything and get overall brand stats within a few clicks. The support team is really hands-on, quick to respond to our queries, and the setup of Uberall was super easy with their help.

There can sometimes be confusion within the separate platforms to handle different elements, however, we have been in touch with support and they've streamlined this for us and it now works perfectly.

**What do you like best about Uberall?**

What stands out to me most is how Uberall brings different tools and services together within its dashboards. I really appreciate having so much data so many metrics available, because it gives us clearer direction on where to focus our efforts. We’re able to mange location data and check reviews across multiple accounts, which makes it much easier to stay organized. Its also useful that feedback and performance can be monitored in the same place, rather than having to jump between sections. I also value the analytics, especially the sentiment analysis features. The initial setup was easy and felt self explanatory.

**What do you dislike about Uberall?**

Exapandig the avialable connections with additional marketing and analytics tools would make Uberall even more flexible for teams that rely on multiple platforms. That said, I’m not a fan of the sheer number of menus and submenus, the navigation feels overcompliacted, and it really should be much simpler and more straightforward.

I use Uberall to centralize all our stores in one channel, streamline data analysis, and reply to google reviews easily without needing. To open a laptop. Thanks to these integrations, we spend less time updating information across locations and more time focusing. On strengthening our local presence.

**What do you like best about Uberall?**

Uberall works well as central place to mange different tools and listings. We connect serval services such as google, apple maps, and other directories and it helps keep all our location information consistent across them. I also appreciate the data insights and the ability to see the actual reviews in platform, which makes it more convenient to handle the details and manage the tools within the platform. The features are helpful because they pull feedback from different sites and display it together, saving time when I’m checking what customers are saying.

There are quite a few options and integrations, so it can feel a little crowded at first until ypu get used to the layout. I don’t have any manjor issues with it, though after spending some time in the app, it becomes easier to navigate and find what you need.

Uberall mainly helps us mangage our business information across different platforms without having to log in to each one separately. It also makes it fast and easy to share ideas with customers. What I like most is how user friendly it is we can update store deatils, check reviews, and view performance all in dashboard. **What do you like best about Uberall?**

Uberall has been great for us because it brings all of our business listings into a single dashboards. Rather than updating details manually across multiple sites, we can manage everything from one centralized platform, which saves can manage everything from our location information stays consistent everywhere, which is important for appearing correctly in search results. I really appreciate is the review management tool. It makes it easy for our team to monitor customer feedback and respond to reviews without having to jump and forth between different.

**What do you dislike about Uberall?**

When I first started using Uberall, I found confusing and complicated to navigate. After working in it everyday, I have become much more comfortable and confident with the platform. Like any software, it comes with its own set of features and integrations, so I think new users may run into a few challenges at the beginning while they are getting oriented. Even so, whenever I have a question or need help, the customer support team responds Fastest in working hours.

**What problems is Uberall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Uberall, our Business information stays accurate and consistent across different directories. Before we started using it, there was a much higher risk of outdated or incorrect listings, and that could negatively affect visibility our dashboards results. Now everything is managed from one place, which makes the whole process far easier to handle. Uberall helps us maintain a more organized and consistent online presence while also improving our visibility in dashboard results.

**What do you like best about Uberall?**

Uberall has been a very helpfull tool for connecting with our customers, via FB, Google Reviews, Yelp, etc... Easy to use and answer our customers questions, reply to good or bad reviews as well as posting our Grocery Store ads and specials on FB and more. It's easy to log on whenever we want to view revis and post ads. They have great customer support as well.

**What do you dislike about Uberall?**

There isn't any downsides about using Uberall. Sometimes it can be difficult to remove a bad review or comments or have to go in natively to Face Book which I don't have a password for at work.

**What problems is Uberall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uberall helps us respond to good and bad customer reviews to get ahead of any customer issues before they snowball, and answer all questions in a timely manner. We are able to post our sandiwch of the month that usually gets a good response. We are able to post any sales or promotions ahead of time so customers are aware. We can post ads by specific store locations.

I like Uberall for its user interface that's easy to navigate, making daily tasks simpler. The user interface allows us to start the day smoothly, with daily tasks and valuable identified prospects right in front. The tool automates a lot, which is a huge time-saver, especially for mass communication at scale while providing personalization for each message. I appreciate the support from the sales team and account manager during the setup, which made it straightforward. Also, the initial exploration calls were quite helpful, ensuring everything was set according to our needs. There are plenty of useful features and opportunities for those who want to explore deeper into the tool and get more out of it. It's a reliable tool that does exactly what it promises.

**What do you dislike about Uberall?**

Of course, when you want to target people at scale, not every single lead is appropriate even though you put the right match metrics and factors in. Not actually every single person you contact is gonna be a suitable lead. So it just takes time, especially in the early stages, to provide Uberall with signals and feedback on the inappropriate leads. Over time, it does get better, but you have to bear in mind that even though it's a very clever advanced AI-powered platform, especially at the beginning, you do have to spend some time to set this up correctly and provide Uberall with the right feedback so that over time, your results improve.

We use Uberall to find high-intent prospects across the globe, automate and personalize outreach communications. It saves time with mass communication at scale and personalization. The user interface makes daily tasks easier by showing top prospects.

**What do you like best about Uberall?**

Uberall gives us strong regional oversight while still allowing local teams to manage their own locations. The bulk updates features is a big help, especially for things like holiday hours or store changes, because it saves us a lot of time.The interface is also easy to naviagte once you’re in it, so day to day tasks don’t feel complicated. On top of that genuinely help help us otimize how we’re using the system. The regular check ins and proactive adive make a difference. It feels like they actually care about helping us use the platform better, not just answeing tickets.

**What do you dislike about Uberall?**

Really so good I havenot see any major probelm. Sometimes Its not overwhelming, but it takes some getting used to. Also certain backed changed like mnaging brand transitions can feel less straighforward than they should be. Those processes could probably be simplifed.

It eliminates inconsistent business information across markets and providers  and gives better visbility into performance. Instead of fragmented management, we now have structured governance and a more efficient process. Overall, it improves accuracy and saves a good amout of administrative time.

I somewhat preferred the old format. Seeing everything live on the right side of the page can be a bit distracting at times. It was more spread out, and I didn't feel like I skipped over any important information. I don't like having to go into each section individually.

It presents data for each client in a few easy-to-read options, with everything right in front of me on the screen. This is great because it means I don't have to dig through settings to find things. Also, the initial setup of Uberall was seamless, which I really appreciate.

I don't like that too many listings fall into the action-required category. I'd like to see the platform become more self-healing. Right now, I have to manually click 'Fix' for hundreds of individual locations when there are address mismatches or login issues. It would be great if the AI could automatically resolve these issues and handle the handshakes with the directories in the background without needing me to intervene every time.

It's very easy and intuitive to use, and I like the prompts and advice to optimize the 'score' for each location. Being able to respond to reviews through one platform is a great time saver. Uberall's support for ensuring our presence and local SEO is beneficial for our store-based business. The initial setup was very easy, with a great onboarding process.

There is no native solution in Uberall for translations, which is a problem as we are UK / English language but need to manage listings in multiple countries and languages.

I really appreciate that I can create my own post with Uberall, but there are also templates available to use. I also appreciate the ease of scheduling and adding pictures and other elements to the post, which makes our posts look professional and engaging. The templates make it easier so I don't have to come up with a new idea every time. It's easy to plug in the information I need, like a picture or a website. I also like the scheduling features because I can personalize when my post is going to be shared and how often. It allows me to schedule ahead for a whole month without having to remember to go back and do it for the month.

**What do you dislike about Uberall?**

Sometimes I struggle a little bit with the analytics and the location performance score. I feel like I'm up to date with it, and then the analytics say it's not.

I love the ease of managing our listings. I also love the ease of replying to reviews. The AI reply generator saves me a lot of time! I don't use the reply as-is, I do modify them but it gives me a great starting point.

**What do you dislike about Uberall?**

The social feature could be more robust. I would love if it was a bit more intuitive so I didn't have to use my other software (Cloud Campaign), but even without using the social feature it is worth it to me.

I don't have to hunt down and log into different listing sites. We are saving so much time (and then money) by using this software.

**What do you like best about Uberall?**

I like how Uberall is very convenient and syncs with our internal system. When we make updates in one place, it feeds into Uberall and updates that information on the online directories for us. I also like being able to do bulk edits and manage multiple listings in one place. With a small marketing SEO team, we don't have the bandwidth to manage 13 brands over 1000 locations, so being able to do this saves time. It helps one person make changes in one place and lets the API update all the online directories overall, so we aren't stuck manually updating each store one by one. Customer service and representative support are better than the previous service we used, as Uberall provides more attention.

**What do you dislike about Uberall?**

Sometimes there are technical difficulties like the sync may not be working and there might be a delay. There is inaccurate data in analytics, like Google reviews are not recorded correctly. The setup was very difficult, taking 3 to 4 months, with a lot of technical issues and push back due to migration problems.

I use Uberall for managing listings across multiple locations and brands. It syncs with our internal system to make bulk updates efficiently, saving time for our small team. It ensures changes are reflected on online directories without manual updates.

I use Uberall to monitor store reviews. I think it's easy to reply to reviews and see them all on one screen, where I can scroll through, see the name, date, stars given, and any comments. I particularly like how easy it is to use. The filter feature is valuable too, as it allows me to filter out reviews that have already been replied to, so I can focus on the newest and most relevant feedback. I found the initial setup pretty easy once explained.

Sometimes there are prefilled filters when I open the app, but they are easy to clear.

I really like the ability to manage multiple aspects of our Google profiles in bulk so we're not having to make changes to each individual location for each individual field.

**What do you dislike about Uberall?**

We have a large parent company with multiple businesses that fall under it's umbrella. It's sometimes difficult to categorize each location into it's own subfolder. This sometimes leads to issues where we are uploading incorrect information to a location because it's being listed under a different brand. Sometimes it's difficult when there's an incorrect address and the only way to fix it is to message support since the changes won't take when we try to make them.

It's helping us keep an eye on the health of our Google profiles with a birds eye view so that we can easily assess overall how they are performing.

There's no Yelp functionality. It would be great if we could also respond to Yelp reviews and ensure our business info on Yelp is correct.

Uberall makes it easy to manage several physical location listings. We currently use it to make sure we're monitoring how our 8 locations are performing and ensure the details are consistent and accurate for our customers. It saves a lot of time vs. doing it individually in Google MyBusiness. It also handles automated responses to reviews that are left with no text.

**What do you dislike about Uberall?**

Overall, the platform is easy to use, and the support team is helpful. That said, I’d like to see them add more functionality for auto-responses to reviews, especially with AI becoming more common in this space.

The problem they solve is around managing listings of your locations across all the local listing systems that exist. Its direct integration with Google My Business offers additional functionality.

I like that Uberall is quite easy to use and intuitive. It is useful because even people who are not very tech savvy can use it with ease, thanks to the low learning curve and the ability to limit the available option sets based on profiles. The support from the success and technical team allowed us to meet the deadlines and release the new store locator without issues.

Certainly, there are many developments and evolutions that the product could have. It is important to capture the needs of the customers and prioritize the most valuable features.

I use Uberall for the correct display of our location data on Google MyBusiness. Uberall offers us an easy way to keep all data correct on all pages at all times. I like the simplicity that the complete product offers, including the service. I particularly appreciate the management of location data across all relevant platforms and the ability to quickly and consistently implement changes. The review management is also a great help. The initial setup of Uberall was very easy.

The general operation could be a bit more user-friendly. Some work steps seem unnecessarily complex or not intuitive.

I find the backend of Uberall very clearly designed, which makes it easy for new employees to use. I particularly like the trust that the Uberall API offers compared to the Google Business Profile. Changes made through Uberall are accepted by Google much faster than if we make them directly in the Google Business Profile. The initial setup was super easy and intuitive, everything worked right away.

What I miss with Uberall is a map with rankings for performance measurement, similar to WhiteSpark or Local-Falcon, where we can view the local ranking of Google business profiles.

Uberall makes it very easy for us to ensure all of our business information is accurate across every digital touchpoint where customers might find it. As a business with over 500 physical locations, keeping everything up to date was extremely cumbersome and time-consuming before we onboarded with Uberall. The implementation process was straightforward, and having a dedicated implementation manager available to guide us through each step made a big difference. Customer support has also been excellent; response times are very quick, and we really appreciate having a dedicated account manager on hand to help us get the most out of the platform. We use the platform daily and have already found a variety of use cases that benefit multiple areas of the business.

I like how Uberall's centralized platform makes it easy for me to access what I need to do and make necessary changes. It also offers additional suggestions that help me optimize location listings. I find the centralized UI convenient as it allows me to monitor reviews and make specific changes efficiently, like setting up filters to show unmoderated reviews and using canned responses to reply to customers. The export functionality is another aspect I appreciate, making updates straightforward and reducing manual efforts. Furthermore, the onboarding team was great, and they provided good support during the initial setup phase.

**What do you dislike about Uberall?**

There's some back end components of managing location listings that make it a bit challenging to tweak. For example, we have a location transitioning from one store brand to another, and figuring out where to make updates is a bit complicated with the current user interface. Also, integrating updates and exporting functionality could be more seamless instead of relying heavily on manual changes.

What I like most about Uberall is having all five clinics in one location and being able to apply changes across all sites simultaneously, especially when making changes to business hours during holidays. It's really time-effective for me as a manager to make one change across all clinics within minutes. I also enjoy being able to use AI to write response reviews much quicker than I would on my own.

Sometimes, even though I make a change in Uberall, it doesn't always reflect in the Google profile, so I have to update it there too. Another area for improvement is that after answering a review, it doesn't always mark it resolved, so I have to manually mark it resolved.

What I like most about Uberall is that it really works for a regional model like ours. It allows me to have real control over the digital presence of all locations, without taking away autonomy from the countries. Additionally, it is very powerful for ensuring brand consistency in markets that operate differently. It also greatly facilitates the scaling of local and regional initiatives. On an operational level, it also saves a lot of time, and in summary, it gives us regional governance with efficient local execution.

The adoption curve for local teams is challenging; some things are not as intuitive for users from different countries. Regional reporting could be more flexible, especially in the creation of customized regional dashboards. Additionally, I would like to have better comparability between markets.

Uberall has all the functionnalities you need. Every field is available in their API. The customer support is very good and fast. We get a lot of analytics and also apple analytics which is great. Our product requests are really taken into account and our customer success is always available.

**What do you dislike about Uberall?**

Location manager can't export their locations to make excel updates, which is not practical when they have hundreds of businesses. 
You can't synchronise all you locations with your meta account if you don't own ALL the facebook pages of your businesses (which is often the case with franchises), otherwise it will create doubles. Which means you have to synchronise your businesses one by one. We let it to our business manager to handle but it is too complicated for them so we've had a lot of issues.
There is a need for us to have a chat/number for our business managers because we receive a lot of questions/demands for help and the customer support is not enough as it doesn't respond directly.

Uberall allows us to manage our locations on multiple platforms. It also spare us time as it is able to answer google rates by itself. With Uberall, we can also use the api to manage our store locator.

I particularly appreciate the centralization of changes in one place, which makes management much easier. Additionally, I find that the ability to respond to reviews with a team is an asset. But what I prefer above all is the data recovery solution that helps me generate clear reports for my management. I also appreciate that the solution is scalable. I have also noticed that even though there are some minor bugs sometimes, they are quickly resolved thanks to exceptional customer service. The most useful part of Uberall is that it offers a good filter for responding for reviews. For example responding to star only reviews, negative reviews, and positive ones. I really like the AI assistance button it helps me respond to reviews faster.

-I dislike the attribute buttons in terms of needing to add a WhatsApp because we are not allowed to have a WhatsApp for my organization. Because of that I am not able to boost my Uberall Score which I do not think is fair.

It's not always possible to customize everything, or at least for advanced customizations it becomes more difficult

**What do you like best about Uberall?**

The platform has the potential to be a helpful centralized hub for managing local listings across multiple directories.

**What do you dislike about Uberall?**

Support is non-existent. We have been waiting over 6 days for a response from our customer success manager regarding critical issues with zero updates. The system is pushing unapproved, incorrect data to our Google pages. This is causing massive confusion for our customers and employees. Additionally, we are experiencing '500' error codes when trying to respond to Yelp reviews, making the reputation management side of the platform unusable. The setup was also very challenging, as we received a very brief 20-minute demo, after which we were not permitted to ask questions but instead submit a form. It took Uberall almost 30 days to respond to my questions once they found the form that went missing. After this, getting the social media pages linked was very difficult and we are still having issues.

**What problems is Uberall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We intended to use Uberall to streamline our local presence, but it is currently creating more work than it saves. Instead of solving problems, it is creating them. The lack of customer support makes it impossible to resolve these technical glitches, leaving our business stuck with incorrect public information.

I like that the functionality is continuously being developed and the service is continuously improving. The UI has also steadily improved over the years, and both performance and usability have continuously increased.

That sometimes manual interventions are still necessary to achieve the desired result

We no longer have to manually keep all the different platforms up to date - this all happens centrally through the Uberall platform - and at an attractive price for the service.
