I think the above has affected the kind of driver I encounter on Uber, as they are usually of a different breed from those I encounter on alternative ridesharing services in my city. **What do you dislike about Uber for Business?** There is no tipping option for drivers, at least this is the case with Uber in my city. Also, the option to call the driver in-app doesn't usually suit me as the in-app audio calls are usually poor. **What problems is Uber for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** Uber has acted as a reliable backup for occasions where-in I am too tired to drive myself home .
