Customer service was horrible. Was also mislead by the onboarding team. Was told they would be able to add a 15% markup to our menu through the POS integration. Uber eats is a decent platform to order food. It has an easy user interface that is easy to order. App has multiple food cuisine to order from. One can see the live location of the food partner also.
