What do you like best about uAttend?

The ease of use, the customer service whenever there is an issue, and the ability to accurately track employee work hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about uAttend?

There are times when the time clock will disconnect from our internet, but I think that is an issue on our end more than with the uAttend Time Clock itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about uAttend?

It was somewhat ok to use, but the customer service was terrible .. .anytime i had a question had to wait days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about uAttend?

When you cancel, if one day into new cycle (because of holiday) they wont prorate, they will not help, they just charge you and say sorry nothing we can do. After 3 days of waiting. Link online did not work, and I had to submit ticket to cancel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about uAttend?

I have never had a negative customer service experience which for me is key since I, too, work in customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about uAttend?

Nothing. I truly have no issues with the program. I anything I believe I could be using it myself more with schedules and access to them for my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is uAttend solving and how is that benefiting you?

Convenience is huge. I don't have time to spend hours working on punch cards, ensuring my team is paid for the correct hours. Instead, I can print an overtime report and address any concerns before payroll, and I always monitor hours or document call-offs by the timekeeping system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about uAttend?

It is simple and costs less than any other time clock system. I can have up to 10 employees with the base fee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
