I had even signed up for ADP, but I canceled that subscription because all the employees preferred using Uattend. That was BIG WIN for Uattend. **What do you dislike about uAttend?** The only thing I don’t like is that when the owner is listed as “common,” the store manager shouldn’t be able to see it. Same with Holidays! I never have to worry about going through individual time cards to ensure holiday payments as they are automatically added once created. So easy, so efficient. **What do you dislike about uAttend?** Trying to be helpful, I always think of ways to improve things. The only downside I can recently think of with Uattend is the ability to assist people when they have log-in issues. I can see their codes and try to troubleshoot with them - but it would be nice just to be able to access that from my side and reset everything. **What problems is uAttend solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solves the need to have to monitor employee breaks to add that into their time for the week. Helps with ensuring when people are working so that we can track issues with attendance. We also use this information to compare to our time sheets to see what job on the floor takes up the most time. The program allows team members to clock in via the website, mobile device, or physical device. This provides excellent flexibility and allows us to track and record employee attendance from anywhere. **What do you dislike about uAttend?** One critique that we have on the system is that it only allows for one admin in the base cost of the program. This is not practical for most organizations, as we need multiple people to be able to access the system and manage employee information. We would like to see at least three admin users available before they begin charging more for additional admins. **What problems is uAttend solving and how is that benefiting you?** The program has several features that help us manage our employees, such as tracking time off and generating reports. uAttend has been very helpful in ensuring that our employees are following company policies and that we are meeting our legal obligations. ### 7. We only use the app with geolocation for employee timekeeping, but we've found that it requires hardly any explanation before our employees begin to use it. And with maybe one exception in 10 years, it's been super reliable. **What do you dislike about uAttend?** There was one support ticket we opened that was never resolved. Several months later, the system closed it, so we never did get an answer. Also, due to the nature of our business, we use the "notes" feature for every employee punch. However, after a recent update, this seems tricky to use and will time out before our employees have entered their notes. **What problems is uAttend solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our employees work at remote locations, and uAttend allows us to set a geolocation where they can clock in and out. It is a little annoying but isn't a deal breaker. **What problems is uAttend solving and how is that benefiting you?** I allow my employees to flex time so although most work a set schedule, it has helped make sure that I pay for all hours worked and also that I don't pay employees for hours not worked. ### 9. There isn't a good way to differentiate between holidays and holiday worked for employees. Takes some weird moving around to make it work. We are able to send our staff their time for the week so they can let us know if there are any changes or corrections that are needed. It also provides us with numerous report options that help with payroll processing and time reporting to clients. **What do you dislike about uAttend?** We have been using UAttend for about 8 years. So we have 8 years of holidays in our que. There is currently no way to archive those holidays and it's becoming cumbersome. And if there were a way to change peoples clock in/out for the day to something other than regular time. For example, we sometimes pay a shift differential for certain jobs (usually $3-$5 more an hour). I now have to enter it in as a holiday and code it under OT2. That becomes a problem if we have staff that works on that Sunday because they get double time. If you could figure that out we would jump for joy! **What problems is uAttend solving and how is that benefiting you?** Your staff helped us figure a work around for the double time pay. And walked us through how to send staff their time without allowing them to clock in and out from their phones. Both have been a great time saver! ### 15. We have tried other brands and found this to be the best. **What do you dislike about uAttend?** The only downside I have found is you cannot make a mass edit (to remove time) if needed (for example: Holidays). Sometimes the login gives me a problem making me jump through hoops, but at least my account is secure! **What problems is uAttend solving and how is that benefiting you?** UAttend is keeping my guys accountable and helping me track their hours every week.
