What do you like best about U.S. CAD?

The ability to deal with the same people and have their contact information versus sending a helpdesk ticket is very conveinient. When I know that the person I dealt with the previous time I had an issue and being able to reach out to them directly is a great benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about U.S. CAD?

Some of the techs that you deal with are not always up to speed on the best practices for the software you are using. There have been a few times where the support we got on the first go-round lead us in the wrong direction on how to use a product. This resulted in needing a second technician to help months later to re-train on the processes after it was discovered that the previous operations were incorrect. Recommendations to others considering U.S. CAD:

Trust but verify. Over the past year I have seen thier ability to offer support become much better. They have definetly taken steps to train their techs to better understand and operate the system. Overall, the support they provide is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about U.S. CAD?

US CAD is very professional and quick to respond to any support requests. Their support team knows how to get things resolved quickly and efficiently. If the answer provides extra channels of support from other vendors they stay in contact until the issue is resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about U.S. CAD?

Location in southern states and east coast. Training staff are not located in these regions and have to be planned for well in advance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is U.S. CAD solving and how is that benefiting you?

On-boarding training of new staff, ongoing yearly training with staff, product trials with new software, support with software licensing, benefits of expanded service offerings (Laser scanning, Project analytics) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
