I use Premiere and Final Cut Pro for longer videos, but for some stories and reels, if I just want to add some text and similar effects, Typito is much quicker. No video quality loss after rendering, reasonably quick rendering for cloud. Much better than Canva (I found it googling "Canva alternetives"). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
