The feature of using our own API key for all of the AI interaction that we do on day to day basis provides more better results and also interagration becomes much easier with other chatbots through typingmind. There is a need of personalised app for better user experience because the web version crashes alot and it is slow when we browse from one page to another. Also it cannot function offline as it a fully cloud based chatbot management software with multiple pre-desgnied promts available.
