I use Typinator to add the date to my emails, greetings and sign-offs just with a few keystrokes instead of typing the whole thing. It also helps me add my signature to documents and insert smiley faces without going to the emoji menu. One feature I enjoy is that Typinator corrects when I accidentally have two capitals at the beginning of a word, which happens if I forget to release the shift key quickly enough. This feature saves me from having to go back and retype the second letter in lowercase. I realize there's a lot more I could do with Typinator just by looking through all those set lists. I'd easily give it a 10 out of 10 because it's always worked for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I struggled with transferring Typinator to a new computer. I couldn't get it to work when I copied the files over. It was very difficult to disconnect Typinator from the old computer. Unlike other apps where it's straightforward to deactivate, I couldn't find a simple way to do this with Typinator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
