Typed helps streamline and simplify all of my daily tasks. As a marketer, there are a lot of files, contents and references that I handle daily, and as much as I try to stay organized, there are always cases where things get lost. This platform helps me keep track of all my information in a single space, share information with my team, and become almost twice as efficient. It does have a bit of a learning curve, but if you take just 30 minutes out of your day to press around and test some of the available features, you'll be able to figure out a few features that'll immediately add value to your daily projects and improve efficiency. I am in love with the product. It is very intuitive to use and really solves the problems I have been having with researching and writing documents while referencing a crazy amount of tabs/articles/pdfs/screenshots/etc. Especially now that I have been using Typed for quite a bit, it really has become my go-to tool when I'm writing anything. As one of the first users of Typed, I've experienced the pdf loading speed/some miscellaneous bugs. However, to see Typed fixing those and adding new features, especially some features that I exactly wanted (such as external share/improved pdf viewer), was amazing and that has been a good enough reason why I chose to and will continue on using Typed. Shorter Workflow with TYPED

Strongly recommend TYPED to all knowledge workers Spend more time searching for documents rather than actual work. Typed, enhances productivity by allowing me to focus only on work. Features like recommendations of useful resources I have created before, and syncing are AWESOME, not having to worry if this is the new one or not. As an intern working as RA, I spend most of my time collecting new references and putting them together to create my insight and sharing it with seniors. Typed enables me to collect all kinds of references (URL, PDF, Docs, Excel, etc.) and save those in the "library" of one document. It shortens my routine of researching & organizing them. The MAIN AHA MOMENT, I experienced was when I was writing down a

report about a specific industry. With the split viewer in Typed, I can simultaneously analyze the flood of references (which I collected previously using Typed). & write down insights I developed through it.

Plus, no more need to get stressed out with citations & references. since anyone who has access to my doc can check and even download the original reference themselves.

EVEN BETTER WHEN USING IT TOGETHER

Doing work by myself is only the start of the work. Requesting feedback, sharing it with other teammates, distributing tasks... Lots to go on. Always suffered from colleagues saying "I forgot" or even worse, no response after a week. But with Typed, all things are settled. Sharing docs is much easier since they now have access and do not question me "Where did you get that data from?". I can request a review after my work is done, which gives notification to the person I requested it & distribute tasks right away in Typed. Efficient collaboration, thanks to Typed.

Fast Updates

An easy way to organize documents for yourself or for a team that can be shared with external guests and team members. Not a standard to but incorporates AI to help organize, structure and suggest document organization. This is becoming a great tool to not only organize work flow but increase content productivity. Since I've started using it, I've seen a substantial improvement in my writing flow. It is a terrific idea to have the visual dashboards on the right & left that you can open and close at any time, for both functional and aesthetic reasons. Love the fact that you're able to transfer the highlights from other files straight into your document. Nothing to dislike per se for the price, but I wish they could add voice typing to its product feature which is a crucial function for a lot of professionals in the content writing industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Feels like I finally found the perfect collaboration tool for my startup!

Typed allows me and my colleagues to organize important files (documents, PDFs, images, ppt, etc.) in an output-oriented manner, allowing efficient management and tracking of projects ongoing within the company (e.g. marketing campaigns, fundraising, etc.). The interface is perfect for "building" documents that require multiple contexts or heavy research as we can view any reference files through the split viewer. The AI-driven file recommendations are absolutely fantastic as they provide me with useful files to utilize as I am writing my document! These recommendations feel like magic.

Finally, Typed is a perfect tool not only for internal purposes (meeting notes, project proposals, business plans) but also for external communication as it allows sharing of multiple files, once again, in an output-centric manner. As opposed to email or communications tools in which the "text message" is the primary mode of communication, Typed allows communication that revolves around OUTPUT.
