The software generally helps is resolving the basic issues that can easily be managed by its chatsbots and FAQs but for complex queries that our customers need to ask form us, we need to involve a human nuance so that our audience don't get confused with solutions which they are being provided by typebot. Typebot provides range of customisation on chatbots that are created by it also it doesn't need any professional coding experience for creating chatbots for businesses. The plaform is easily compatible with pc and mobile devices and can easily be integrated with our official website and even with what's app for better customer support experience. What do you dislike about Typebot?

While doing day to day customisation in the chatbots, it always takes a lot of time in updating all the changes done as their servers are always slow. So, installing new plugins in the software is always time taking and difficult. It helps in adding multiple small elements in the chatbots which is also created by this platform only. Mostly these structures are emoji, gifs, videos and audio sharing button, pictures addition and many more. These small features make the experience rich for old users and engaging for new clients interacting with our company's websites for information and support. What do you dislike about Typebot?

The software is premium in price and need lots of update before installing properly with our official website and even after giving it all the updates you will get new update in every 10-15 days for more updates which takes a lot of time and also shuts it server for a long duration of time. The intuitive design and range of integration that typebot provides is really seamless and helped us in creating some of the best chatbots for better customer relation building. Now it's latest update can also get integrated with Shopify and wordpress. So it has been an interesting tool that has tailored all our currents chattings according to our specific needs. What do you dislike about Typebot?

For creating professional and advanced chatbots which are feature reach and has variety of chatting tools the platform starts showing its limitations. When we tried interagrating it with our wordpress website it got crashed thrice then we connected to their support team and got solution finally. The main challange that we are facing after installing typebot from last year is that it is really difficult to add and integrate it with current CRM systems and also we totally dependent on their servers for our customer support which increases the high risk of maintaining it on real time because of its dependence on third party software.
