**What do you like best about Typebot?**

As a CTO, the best part for me about using Typebot is the intuitiveness it offers us for creating conversational workflows without a lot of overhead required for the development side. One of the recent scenarios we had for one of the campaigns was where we had to implement a lead qualification bot for the client. The intuitiveness offered by the tool for creating the workflows was phenomenal. The fact that we can customize the workflows according to our needs is great, as we are not restricted to a certain template. Also, the user interface looks clean and engaging for the end user; it does not look like a typical ‘clunky’ chatbot. From a technical point of view, it is a great balance between the no-code and the technical capabilities offered by the tool.

**What do you dislike about Typebot?**

One of the things I've noticed about Typebot is that when we try to push it into more complex, real-world use cases, there is one limitation we've encountered. Specifically, when we were working on building a multi-step customer support bot for a client, we've had issues with deeply nested logic and conditionals, as it was difficult to keep it all clear. Another area is when we've had to do additional workarounds for working with certain third-party tools, which, while minor, takes away from the inherent speed benefit of using a no-code tool. Another area is in terms of debugging and understanding errors.

**What problems is Typebot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my role as CTO of Fraoula, I believe Typebot has helped solve one of the long-standing pain points in the development of conversational interfaces the historically time-consuming and resource-intensive development process. In the past, we have seen that even simple chatbot development has traditionally required considerable development resources and several rounds of development and iteration. This has historically led to development bottlenecks, especially in scenarios where the marketing or growth teams need to scale up quickly.

One of the best examples of this has been in one of our recent lead generation campaigns, in which we developed a highly interactive chatbot not only capable of gathering user information but also intelligent enough to qualify the lead based on the conversation flow, including factors like budget, requirements, and the level of urgency. One of the best aspects of using Typebot has been the speed with which we have been able to develop and deploy the chatbot and then further iterate on the flow based on actual user behavior.

**What do you like best about Typebot?**

I love using Typebot for lead generation and qualification because it turns the process into a conversation instead of a long, intimidating form, which often leads to a higher conversion rate. I find the dynamic routing feature valuable as it can smartly direct high-value leads to a booking link while sorting smaller inquiries to an email list. The ability to build a 'triage' system for customer support, helping users find answers without needing a human, is something I appreciate. Typebot’s visual flowchart logic is fantastic for building complex, personalized journeys. The real-time data collection ensures I capture leads even if they drop off before finishing a form. I also enjoy using the native AI integrations, where I can drop an OpenAI block into a flow to generate personalized responses, making the interaction within the chat interface seamless. The 'variables' feature is powerful for personalization, allowing me to make the bot feel human and engaged with users. Additionally, the native API and webhook blocks are great for efficiency, enabling real-time checks and tasks without leaving the app.

**What do you dislike about Typebot?**

The Learning Curve for Advanced Logic While simple bots are easy to build, things get complicated quickly when you move beyond basic questions. The Struggle: Setting up variables and conditional branching requires a bit of a "programmer's mindset." If you aren't comfortable with logical operators (if/then/else), you might find yourself stuck in the documentation more often than you'd like. Documentation: While the community is great, the official documentation can sometimes feel a bit sparse for absolute beginners who don't know what a "Webhook" or "JSON body" is. 2. Native Integrations vs. Workarounds Typebot has great native blocks for things like Google Sheets and OpenAI, but its list of direct "plug-and-play" integrations is shorter than some competitors. The Issue: If you want to connect to a specific niche CRM, you’ll often have to use Make.com or Zapier as a bridge. This adds an extra layer of cost and a potential point of failure in your workflow. Direct Channels: It shines on the web, but native support for social channels (like Instagram DM or Facebook Messenger) isn't as robust as dedicated "omnichannel" bot builders like Landbot or ManyChat.

**What do you like best about Typebot?**

The most helpful thing about Typebot is the fact that we can use Typebot without any coding skills. You don’t need to be good with computers because the interface is clear and simple. I like the fact that we can instantly see the results. We can personalize many things, and that’s great.

Unfortunately, sometimes we can see technical limits. When we want to go deeper into our chatbot, or when we want to use other tools, the editor may sometimes slow down.

Typebot helps me to automate some repetitive tasks that I have, like collecting information or managing the first exchanges with users. Before, I used to do this manually, and it took me a lot of time. Now, with Typebot, it is more fluent. Thanks to Typebot, users can get an answer directly, and for me, it’s a time saver too.

What I love most about Typebot is how incredibly easy it is to create complex chats thanks to its visual interface. No more tedious forms! The tool transforms everything into a smooth, personalized conversation. The result? My conversion rates are skyrocketing. A fantastic tool, and open source to boot, that makes lead generation incredibly effective.

**What do you dislike about Typebot?**

The only thing a little difficult is the learning curve at the beginning. Even though the interface is super intuitive, to really take advantage of the advanced features—like webhooks or sophisticated logic—you need to spend some time understanding how everything fits together.

And if you opt for the open-source version and self-hosting, be prepared to get your hands dirty! It requires solid technical skills for installation and maintenance. That's the trade-off for having total freedom.

**What problems is Typebot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only thing that can be a bit of a pain is the learning curve at the beginning. Even though the interface is super intuitive, to really take advantage of the advanced features—like webhooks or sophisticated logic—you need to spend some time understanding how everything fits together.

Typebot solves the problem of online forms that drive people away. It transforms the experience into a fluid and interactive conversation.

The benefit for me is simple: I get more leads, and above all, better quality leads because they're engaged. My prospects are pre-screened by the bot's logic, which saves me a ton of time. I can focus on the really interesting clients. Typebot makes qualification ultra-efficient.

Typebot is one of the most user-friendly software that we use for creating customised chatbots in their opensource plaform. This tool helps us in learning and understanding users inputs much efficiently and produce much Cleaner and crispy outputs. Also we can track all the chats that happen through this plaform and analyse it for improving interactions

The main challange that we face while working with typebot is the customisation part as for heavy custom and it's integration with other tools the team working with chatbots development part should have a good knowledge of programming language otherwise it will be very difficult to implement new codes.

Typebot helps us in responding to all of our customers who try to reach us for availablity of slots and package details, the software mainly creates automated chatbots that can give instant replies to our clients when they try to reach us for availing or inquiring about any doorstep car care services and we also integrate it with scheduling systems so that the process becomes much seamless.

Whenever we get a complex queries from our customers regarding any service, the chatbots that we create through typebot starts struggling, also it creates frustration among them because the detailed information is lacked in the replies and we need reply manually whenever the tool enagages with such type of questions.

While doing day to day customisation in the chatbots, it always takes a lot of time in updating all the changes done as their servers are always slow. So, installing new plugins in the software is always time taking and difficult. Mostly these structures are emoji, gifs, videos and audio sharing button, pictures addition and many more. The software is premium in price and need lots of update before installing properly with our official website and even after giving it all the updates you will get new update in every 10-15 days for more updates which takes a lot of time and also shuts it server for a long duration of time. The intuitive design and range of integration that typebot provides is really seamless and helped us in creating some of the best chatbots for better customer relation building. Now it's latest update can also get integrated with Shopify and wordpress. So it has been an interesting tool that has tailored all our currents chattings according to our specific needs.

For creating professional and advanced chatbots which are feature reach and has variety of chatting tools the platform starts showing its limitations. When we tried interagrating it with our wordpress website it got crashed thrice then we connected to their support team and got solution finally. So integration is something which is difficult on this platform.

It is important for us to have different types of customer interaction panels available in the company so that every customer get a chance to interact with the team acoording to their definite requirement or with the separate issue that have regarding the services that we provide and all this becomes possible with help of typebot because of its affordibality and simple interface.

The main challange that we are facing after installing typebot from last year is that it is really difficult to add and integrate it with current CRM systems and also we totally dependent on their servers for our customer support which increases the high risk of maintaining it on real time because of its dependence on third party software.

**What do you like best about Typebot?**

I love platforms that helps me saving time in my day-to-day routine, and Typebot has been game changer for me

I used to use a well known forms platform to send customers information after their first purchase in out company, but the interface was not friendly and it usually made them close the tab before finishing the form. 

With typebot we improved the number of people participating in our onboarding calls, videos and now they interact more with our team. 

It's really good to let them make the best decision in one place, where they can choose whether they want to book a meeting, watch a video tutorial or read an article about our features.

I love it!!! Since it has made my job simpler, i don't have anything negative to say

**What problems is Typebot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using typebot, my customers couldn't make it to the end of the previous forms that we used. With typebot we can send them a lot of options and the interaction with them after purchase is really simple and faster.

**What do you like best about Typebot?**

Typebot helps us in Creating multiple chatbots mainly for resolving the queries of our customer and understand their needs it is a kind of tool which helps in create ai based customer support bots without any proper use of professional codes also we do not need to learn any technical course for making new chatbots and this all has become possible now due to typebot. It is really a simple tool with multiple features and simple interface.

**What do you dislike about Typebot?**

The main challenge that we have been facing after installing typebot in our company is that it needs a stable internet connection to function properly as the internet connection gets disconnected this chatbot become of no use for the company so this is something which I feel that it can be improved and they should also provide a server for offline chatting system when there is no availability of internet so that it can work 24*7.

**What problems is Typebot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now we are able to build Complex chatbots with Typebot just in few hours. So, it is able to save us a lot of time and resources also it functions through a strong AI based software which handles properly all the enquiry and needs of our customer by giving them proper answers to what they need. It can also be integrated with Microsoft Excel so that we can analyse all the data likehow much customer has interacted with the chatbots in last few months and many other things.

Typebot is a fully AI based plaform that help us to create small and customised chatting options for different types of businesses without any technical knowledge and codings and also the best part of using typebot was it was quite easy to integrate it with our websites and other API tools.

**What do you dislike about Typebot?**

It was a great experience using typebot for creating custom chatbots for support tickets. Our business is quite small now and it easy to manage customer relationships with basic chat option but for creating complex bots for chatting with multiple hi grade features typebot may not be the best option.

Our team is using this tool for more than a year now and it really saves us alot of time by minimising direct human involvement during the support interactions. So, for me installing typebot in our business was a great idea and it helped us in expanding our business in a better way.

Using it daily for capturing and engaging with customers. Its a source of lead magnets for us to capture leads easily with customer or visitors who engage with our website and applcaition. Have a integration with our Crm to record each events happened. Can embed this into the website easily with google tag manager so the setup is easy as usual. Have role based access for each member at the team. Have customisation option with different version. We can use our own domain and logos

Sometimes I felt a delay with their customer support especially during indian working hours

I find Typebot to be an incredibly user-friendly tool for creating chatbots, making it easy for me to implement and integrate with various platforms without needing any coding skills. With features like drag and drop, I automated my chatbot creation. Its seamless integration with multiple services like API. I use with the API integration and this is awesome.

The concept of NO-Code is not 100% really, U need to know minimal concepts of programming like variables and values.

I don't need develop any chatbot for my apps, Typebot made this easy for me, I don't have time to develop my own from scratch

Any non technical person can also just navigate and learn to build the stuff which can be seamlessly integrated into the portal, the best thing is it provides many of the services free of cost which helped my small scale company to integrate into the product and try out at the glance and it didn't take much of a time. It works great and saves a lot of time of building, configuring and integrating. It's really best suited for the customer centric support and the services.

The chatbot feels bit slow, and laggy sometime on the integration, not the frequent case but it's the most reliable one, I have used in the product.

I started using TypeBot because it was really cheaper than TypeForm, but with time it just kept growing at faster rates. Today, with so many functionalities and ease of use, TypeBot is a win for me in both price and features.

I can not really think of something bad about TypeBot. It has simple features achieved properly and does what it is supposed to do.

Currently lacking Fb / pixel integration, doesn't yet allow for nudging an inactive user (one who hasn't answered in a while). I wish it had the option to randomize certain questions' order, I wish there were more question types (e.g. matrix type) but I'm nitpicking.

Typebot is a one-of-a-kind tool for creating conversational forms and chatbot-like interfaces. With the new builder, creating complicated flows and linking to other Typebots is now possible. Combined with the webhook and payment blocks - there are practically no limits. 

With an incredibly responsive developer and ever-improving functionality, I'm very pleased with Typebot.

The occasional bug does present itself as this is a work in progress but support is always very quick to respond and fix any issues :)

This product is recommended for those who have many customers or leads to deal with individual attributes. It's easy to make a chatbot with all the required fields adding emoji/video/GIF. You don't have to make an individual chatbot for the individually attributed customer. Just editing the URL, you can send it to as many customers as you have by editing the value of the URL. Adding conditions in Typebot is simple and interesting.

It is helping me to deal with my customer and lead support automation. By sharing the customizable URL, I can manage feedback from the customers with more personalization easily.

I have used about 10 bot apps and TypeBot is by far the most user-friendly and easy to use. Not just easy to use, but pleasant to use.

It would be great to have Pabbly or Integromat integration

I am using TypeBot to deliver lead magnets to prospective customers. They enter their email and it looks them up in a Google Sheet and emails them a new freebie download of their choice.
