What do you like best about Tyler Enterprise Public Safety?

I like that it has become familiar to me. What I mean by this is that I have been using this product in one form or the other over the past 16 years. That tells me this is a durable product committed to evolving to meet current and future needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tyler Enterprise Public Safety?

It is costly. This is perhaps one of the most expensive RMS products we use, and the cost never seems to go down. However, it seems like it would be even more expensive if we were to "start over" with another, competing "RMS" service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a huge jump to their latest product, "Enterprise," in both the terms of time and financial resources. While not necessarily required, it seems to be expected. I like that the developers and many other employees have been with Tyler New World for a long time. Many of their employees have an intimate understanding of our systems and challenges, which makes working with them easy. Problems are usually solved and they are constantly improving the product. I like that I don't have to switch from one module when I want to see the history of a person. It makes searchng so much easier.
