I would like to know more about the procedures involved to better understand the nuances. Because the tool doesn't take into consideration the type of investor you are. So the valuation of the equity is not 100% accurate if an exit occurs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TWO12 Cap Table?

It is easy to understand how many shares and options have been assigned to you and the vesting schedule for each of the different contracts you have. If you have shares with multiple companies, you can see all your assets from the same account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TWO12 Cap Table?

The UI is not the best. It tries to be simple, but it looks mostly outdated.

You cannot see the details for each contract, you only get the information based on the number of shares, their type, and vesting schedule based on the information uploaded by the HR team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recently had the opportunity to Two12 and I found it to be very helpful in organizing and tracking my company's equity information. The software was easy to use and navigate, with a clean and intuitive interface. The ability to easily track and update shareholder information, including equity ownership and vesting schedules, was particularly useful.
