What do you like best about Twixor?

Its become one of my top used tools. as a developer, the one thing you look forward to is having a good workflow builder - whichever use case it could be. i just map customer interactions with a drag and drop feature - limited coding required, but manageable by anyone with some training. we use it mostly for our internal comms - our email back and forth threads have come down to almost zero because of how efficient the system is. highly recommend if you are considering trying out the product. What do you dislike about Twixor?

The platform slows down sometimes incase your server is taking on a big load - still not a big concern however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Twixor?

twixor's prompt configuration helps us with building powerful AI workflows for our clients. this does not need you to know coding languages, and no elaborate training datasets. its been user friendly for us to enter prompts and build conversational bots which easily communicates, and gets the required information from customers - in the end, the conversations are more human-like and does not feel very rule-based Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Twixor?

our billing management has become fairly smooth. when we're automating customer conversations, there's a standard price to pay Meta, or Google - depending on the channel we opt for. we needed automation because manually generating invoices was turning to be a herculean task. we've been able to generate a pricing plan in literally minutes - and that's helped us connect it to all the customer journey automation we create. billing is just simply generated with minimal work only Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Twixor?

Twixor's NLP and GenAI features is by far my most favourite aspect about Twixor. We usually build simple customer support bots with basic NLP understanding capabilities for specific intents. NLP feature is easy to use because of its drag and drop nature, and i dont really have to code it. its almost always deployed instantly without any challenges. What do you like best about Twixor?

We've set up a pre-paid wallet management feature for all our customers. We're now managing customised wallet credits for specific features for each of our customers - this has been super useful with tracking overall invoices, instead of maintaining a manual spreadsheet. also like that this feature is very visually representative - makes for easy analysis of trends and identifying patterns. What do you dislike about Twixor?

What do you like best about Twixor?

twixor's whatsapp business onboarding feature is truly appreciation worthy. we had no idea about the complications when it came to creating a WABA account - the feature pretty much has already configured templates we can use to customise our account - additionally, the platform takes care of all the verification checks with meta. we didnt have to handle the back and forth communication. our waba numbers were setup and chatbots were activated in just a span of one month. What do you like best about Twixor?

have to says hands off to the agentic ai feature of twixor. its helped us develop more complex bots than we have ever had - bots that can actually solve problems like appointment scheduling, reminders, data extraction - and the best part is that these bots self-learn the more you use them. some of the bots we created earlier using training models provided by twixor team have become more efficient over time as they understand cues more accurately Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twixor?

setting up agentic ai was challenging - it mostly came into place when we had to figure out if we needed a cloud based server or on premise. we opted for cloud since we do not have the physical space for on-prem - it was time consuming to start the integrations but eventually worked out! What do you like best about Twixor?

Twixor has been a great add on to our set of marketing tools. We really needed a strong MarTech platform that can handle WhatsApp/ Email automation - Twixor perfectly fit in with our requirements. I personally enjoyed how eaay it is to run a campaign - I dont need to code, I just add my requirements, and select which contacts require communication, and most importantly - Twixor team helps me with getting approvals from Meta or Google for my campaigns - which has made our processes much more simpler and faster. so ease of use is definitely on the top of my list Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twixor?

I dont know if this is a dislike - but if you are unfamiliar with the digital marketing space or marketing technology, it might be difficult to garpple with the terms and acronyms often used on the platform like WABA, APIs, and more. There's no beginner-friendly pop ups that appear within the product, but its okay.. you learn the more you use Twixor. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Twixor?

With Twixor, we are able to integrate our AI assistants with multiple communication channels, such as, WhatsApp, RCS, FBM, GBM, Instagram Messaging. Also includes enterprise IT channels like Slack, Teams, Hangouts, Zoom, Skype, etc. This helped reach our customers wherever they are without the hassle of worrying about integrations. Some of our AI assistants can be as simple as a spell-check, or as advanced as suggesting elaborate operational strategies for your business requirements, based on your team conversations. What do you dislike about Twixor?

Setting up AI assistants in a customer-based chat channel which maybe organisation specific, can be slightly difficult, but will take time for complete execution. It is doable however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
