**What do you like best about Twine?**

I use Twine for marketing and GTM, I really like it's ease of use - their agents are straight forward to set up and provide intelligence on competitors.

The UX and design of Twine is also a plus!

**What do you dislike about Twine?**

The only thing I dislike for now is the lack of educational content around Twine

**What problems is Twine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As the Head of Growth marketing, gathering useful insights from customers and prospects is crucial to my role. Using Twine, I can easily identify insights about our own product and more importantly, from our competitors.

**What do you like best about Twine?**

The simple and native integrations into tools we already use made it easy to get instant value from the platform. We love how objective the insights are, and the efforts that the software makes to categorize and rank the importance of these insights by looking at things like the revenue contibution of the specific customer being talked about.

**What do you dislike about Twine?**

Very little - great team, great product and a big future ahead.

**What problems is Twine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to surface customer insights with close to zero effort from our team.
