I was looking for a communication API for my new product when I came across Twilio. Its super easy and fast to implement paired with a good customer support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

API's documentation are thorugh and concise which is easy to read and takes much less time to implement. I can use this service just by looking at the code. I implemented SMS/email authentication service for the first time using twilio and it's been my GO to authentication solution ever since. it is easy to integrate in any application and has support for all most widely used programming languages. Although i faced this challenge once but i have seen that it was taking almost 10-15 minutes for getting a SMS on phone. I did'nt know the proper reason but assumed Twillio cloud must have faced downtime. So when considering scalability for my app, I need to consult with them and use proper services.
