The products can be quickly uploaded and everything is very well structured. **What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?** Little freedom when it comes to the layout, the background colour, the fonts etc. It can look very simple to the consumer, for high end brands this could be a problem. Also it is a bit more complicated than other providers as you need your company tax id to finalize the payment set up, for smaller company (depending on country, I am from Switzerland for example), this could be a problem as it takes a long time to receive the tax id from the government. **What problems is Twice Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped me finding a platform where I can set up my rental service in a very effective way. For example, they just added the subscription functionality which was huge! The biggest pain point for us as a US-based company is the limited tax functionality. I've myself had a number of questions, concerns, and suggestions that the support team took very seriously and I've even had online meetings with members of the staff to elaborate on my ideas. Integrating the software with my simple, static HTML page was relatively easy and any questions I had the support helped me with ASAP. The user experience for my customers is mostly very smooth and it's been improving continuously with new and improved functionality. The admin interface is also getting new features that improve functionality and allows me to do more. **What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?** At times it's hard to keep up with all the new features and changes to existing functionality. The changes mostly impact me as an admin - and I can manage to work around those - but changes for my customers result in unnecessary confusion. The constant changes also result in a (in my opinion) messy interface that at times makes it hard to find a setting. There are multiple places to look for it and not always where you think it should be.
