  ### 4. Tweetdeck for specific keyword

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Agnieszka J. | Head of Social Media and Community (remotely since March, 2020), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

It's free, simple, it really helps with monitoring hashtags and topics on Twitter. I don't think it should be used as the only monitoring tool, but definitely it's worth adding to every social media manager 'morning-monitoring-routine'.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

I monitor the keyword "livechat' which is connected not only with communication tool ;] I have to exclude a lot of keywords (connected with Twitter for adults ;)) to monitor tweets connected only with business. However there is a problem - when I exclude to many key words, the tab stops working (you can see it on the screenshot I attached).

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

Use it as an additional monitoring tool, not the main one.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps reaching our clients or people who are searching for live chat on Twitter.

  ### 5. Easy and Effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

The columns divided into messages, notifications, and tweets

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Not being able to send out timed tweets and not being able to connect to other socia media platforms

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending out business tweets with an interface that is easier to use

  ### 6. Tweetdeck is useful for Twitter integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan K. | Digital Director, Political Organization, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

Useful for visualization of multiple client twitter accounts.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

It can be easy to tweet from the wrong account.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

Makes it challenging to add new twitter accounts.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows you to view multiple clients - great benefit.

  ### 7. Intro Twitter Life-Saver

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

As someone who has been out of the social media game for a few years, hopping back in to managing a Twitter handle was tough along with the rest of day-to-day responsibilities. It's an "always on" job. Tweetdeck helped me segment information and plan tweets for days and weeks to go with future campaigns and content creation.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Sometimes it's a bit slow, or doesn't update without a refresh of the screen. It can also be cumbersome going in and out of the tool to twitter.com and people's actual profile pages.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

Good free intro tool

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting a Twitterfeed populated, tracking influencers. Our following has slowly increased, and engagement is up.

  ### 8. Greatdashboard for twitter, but resource intensive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

Ability to schedule tweets and track tags in one dashboard.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Large memory usage that can cause slow system speeds. Also no mobile app. Would love to use it on the go

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple Twitter accounts, livetweeting events on location and remotely

  ### 9. Great to Use for Managing twitter accounts.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

I like how I can have all the Twitter accounts in one place

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Nothing, everything is great when I use it.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing various Twitter accounts for my clients

  ### 10. Easy and Functional

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley C. | Online Producer, Publishing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

I love the simplicity of Tweetdeck and how easy it is to use. It's also very easy to teach someone else how to use it that hasn't before.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

I dislike how scheduled posts post to Facebook, therefore, I don't use it for Facebook.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can schedule posts and forget about them instead of constantly having to go back to Twitter and tweet things manually.

  ### 11. Very good program but not perfect

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeffrey K. | Senior Video Producer, Director, Creative Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2016

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

I like being able to have my twitter feed updating in real time right on my desktop, getting a notification for each one. Overall, interface is easy to use and pretty simple!

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Not everything about the interface is well designed. I like keeping the tweetdeck window very slim, only showing my feed and nothing else. However, sometimes i like to click on a username or go to a tweet from tweetdeck in my browser, and tweetdeck doesnt do this seamlessly. When I click a username, the popup that comes up is larger than the slim window i have open of just my feed-- because of this, i always have to keep my tweetdeck window expanded to larger than needed, just in case i want to click a username. Also, trying to get a tweet to show up in my brower by clicking in tweetdeck can get confusing-- i wish there was an easier way to do this.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

TweetDeck should meet your needs for most of the time. It works flawlessly for everyday needs, but there are occasional times I wish it could do more easily. There are times i get frustrated trying to find a particular feature, and I wish i was able to keep the screen smaller.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me keep twitter on in the background so i am notified of updates without having to constantly check. Allows me to mangage my desktop space better.

  ### 12. Twitterworld all on one page

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wayne S. | President and Chief Financial Officer, Management Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

I'm able to see almost everything on one screen, in columns. I can scan what's important and what's not.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Dislike is not TweetDeck specific it is Twitter -centric. Way too much info and you can spend inordinate amounts of time sifting for relevant information.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

Trim you follows or create lists. Like Twitter itself, way too much information is provided.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for industry types of news and general news. It can and does provide me with insights I wouldn't normally notice

  ### 13. Great tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

I like that you can use tweetdeck for multiple platforms

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

It is a little clunky to view and use.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

Would recommend

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple accounts for one company

  ### 14. TweetDeck Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

I use TweetDeck to manage our companies different Twitter accounts from the same place. TweetDeck has made this process so much simpler!

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

When I was using TweetDeck I wasn't able to manage my Facebook accounts or Insta accounts from it. It would be great if those could also be included so we can manage from the UI.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used TweetDeck to maintain our various Twitter accounts from the same place. This cut down on the time/cost it takes us to reach out to potential customers.

  ### 15. Decent free social media scheduling option

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

If you're not up for paying for a social media scheduling and listening tool, Tweetdeck is a reasonably good free option with some basic features.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Features are certainly limited compared to even the more basic plans offered by Buffer, Hootsuite, SproutSocial etc.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

Consider what features you need. Tweetdeck has limited functionality and can't really replace a paid tool for serious social media management.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've used Tweetdeck with clients who want only simple features, like the ability to follow certain hashtags and keywords, view in-line message streams, and schedule messages. It works reasonably well for this limited usecase.

  ### 16. Compiles everything under one umbrella

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

TweetDeck is a fast and effective way to browse, organize, and respond to all your organization's tweets.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

TweetDeck still pulls spam account's messages, so it's difficult to sift through those at times.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

Cost effective!

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We monitor and respond to customer inquiries, shoutouts, and generally engage with audience using TweetDeck

  ### 17. Organized Viewing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

Customized streams that is easily interchangeable by dragging the mouse. I like that it works on all social media platforms. You can also schedule tweets.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

It was built for Twitter so a lot of the features are Twitter focused and not as relevant for other platforms.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple social media acocunts

  ### 18. Multiple Twitter Account Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

Great for toggling between and managing multiple Twitter accounts. You can also see all your lists, and create them very easily.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Wish the interface was less clunky when you need to delete searches, lists, etc.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple Twitter accounts, and easy to manage across multiple users.

  ### 19. The simplest (and free) way to schedule tweets

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** April M. | Audience Engagement Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

It's free and doesn't require remember additional login details, you use the same credentials as your Twitter account and then you're in.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

No ability to tag accounts in photos/media attached to tweets you're scheduling.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

Don't try to use it for much else.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a way to schedule tweets in advance for evenings and weekends to keep our account's social presence up outside of our 9-5 workday. This is the most basic way to do that since it's connected to Twitter.

  ### 20. TweetDeck Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

Easy monitoring and reporting capability

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Excessive volume of posts that are sometimes hard to filter out

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Social media monitoring and community management

  ### 21. Best tool for twitter feeds

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

Ease of reading tweets of lists with notifications. Cant do that on twitter app

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Hate the fact that the app is not available anymore for phone

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

Good for keeping track of specific tending keywords and people

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of various people for marketing products

  ### 22. Meets the minimum requirements.

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

In addition to just being able to schedule tweets, I like that you can be alerted when someone gets back to you, but it's not the most sophisticated system. I also like that it has a team option so multiple people can access an account. The only reason I would recommend it to someone is that they need to schedule tweets. And in my experience, it's the only scheduler that is simple enough to use quickly, and it doesn't delete things randomly.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

A lot... First off, it doesn't handle a large volume of work very well. It takes forever to load things, so scheduling tweets can be a 2-3 hour job for me (to be fair, I schedule a large volume of content). I also don't like that I have to scroll down on each column just so it will notify me if there is a notification. I think it should just do that immediately. Inputting content is also a HUGE task: It won't take more than one photo for a scheduled tweet; if I delete the image from my desktop before I tweet something, the image is deleted from the tweet; I can't edit tweets with images after I schedule them; it auto corrects words I don't want to be corrected; and every time I write a hashtag, it pulls up a list of options (not even the most popular options), and I have to take my cursor out of the hashtag to move it around instead of selecting something from the dropdown menu. There is also not enough quality control measures, so if you are working on several different accounts, you have to be SUPER careful. Instead of having different tabs for accounts, you have all of your accounts displayed on one, unnecessarily long page. This makes it easy to accidentally tweet something on the wrong Twitter account. Another problem is that you can't have different scheduling columns per account, only one big one. This makes it hard to separate accounts unless you sign into completely different accounts. I also can't manage a page from Tweetdeck, so if I have to remove a duplicate, faulty, or automatically generated post, I have to go to Twitter in my browser.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

If you have to use this for multiple accounts, you will have to be very conscious of quality control issues. Don't write content directly into the program — save it somewhere first, edit, then load it in. You're less likely to make mistakes or lose your work because both of those things will cost you time. Also, come up with a method to scheduling tweets so you don't accidentally send something to the wrong account. I recommend creating a fake default account where all your tweets will go to if you forgot to select an account.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have to tweet for several accounts, so it's nice to have a way to have all of your accounts in one place. It's also nice that it's free and that several users can tweet or manage an account from their Tweetdeck. I also appreciate that I can set up columns to monitor keywords and hashtags, so I can monitor my accounts' online reputation.

  ### 23. I choose Tweetdeck above Twitter's website whenever I'm on a computer.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

I use it for both personal and work use. It's the easiest way to navigate all of the lists and accounts I've compiled for work, and is almost endlessly customizable.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

I use the desktop app - the only time I'm annoyed using it is when I have to select which account I'm liking or retweeting from a dropdown menu.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

If you manage more than one twitter account, are tracking multiple lists, mentions, or topics, Tweetdeck is the best free app you can use. I'm a reporter at a small news startup, and I use it to track elected officials, other reporters, and active groups. We use it to schedule promotions of our podcast as well.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple accounts - mentions, lists, interactions - makes social media much easier and lets me keep up with news breaking from other outlets.

  ### 24. Tweetdeck is my go-to

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

I like that I can monitor and manage multiple accounts, do forward searches using hashtags, lat/long, accounts, etc. Tweetdeck offers tremendous versatility for a journalist looking to use the Twitter platform to engage with an audience AND newsgather simultaneously.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

I wish Tweetdeck had a better notification system. The current version's alerts aren't as useful as prior versions and I have turned it off.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to manage six different Twitter accounts using Tweetdeck. I love that I'm able to do this swiftly and efficiently without having to log out and log back into each account every time I want to tweet.

  ### 25. TweetDeck review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ali G. | Basketball Player, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

I love how user friendly it is, and how the outline of the software is portrayed on my screen. I have found it very easy to use and communicate with.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

I wish it had a mobile application, so I could access it on my ipad or tablet.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

I would recommend it to both personal users and business users

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staying up to date with the latest news and social events.

  ### 26. Lightweight tool for Twitter publishing and community management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

Tweetdeck is easy to use and customize, whether you're managing multiple social media accounts or just one. I primarily use it for Twitter to view and interact with content in real time (both messages that directly mention me and ones that use certain hashtags I'm interested in).

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

TweetDeck's support for social networks other than Twitter leaves a lot to be desired. It's also been slow to update for recent Twitter changes; for example, it's still counting photos as characters even after Twitter removed these from a tweet's character limit.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

Customize the tool to your needs early on, but continue to tweak, add and subtract streams, etc. for maximum benefit.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to quickly and efficiently keep track of chatter around my brand, and to react quickly, by always having the TweetDeck app pulled up on a second monitor.

  ### 27. Easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

I like the ease of use and customizable options.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

It's a bit clunky to have more than one admin on a single account.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TweetDeck helped me measure user engagement.

  ### 28. A great free product for the intermediate to advanced Twitter user

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

This is one of the few free twitter managers worth using. I have experience exclusively with the web version. I like the panel layout, making it easy to horizontally scroll through different Twitter lists, hashtags, notifications, messages, and even my own twitter published content.

I appreciate the ability to schedule posts in advance, and to upload images to those scheduled posts. Tweet deck integrates with Buffer too.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

I don't like that I can't schedule video or GIF tweets in advance, and Tweetdeck does not allow photo tagging (unlike the native Twitter.com upload box). Tweetdeck does not support photo editing or the new twitter stickers. I've noticed that when I reply to tweets from Tweetdeck, sometimes the original post is not included in my reply--the reply feature is unreliable. I've also noticed that opening some URLs from Tweetdeck results in a 404 message. When I try to open the same URL from the original tweet on twitter.com, the link works.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

Try it before other free options. If you don't like it, you'll probably need to pay for another serivice.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage multiple institutional accounts. I've solved the problem of scheduling tweets (other free services cap the number of scheduled tweets). Also having all my lists in one view pane is convenient.

  ### 29. Amazing!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

It is easy to use. If you use buffer it lets you cue up tweets through it.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

It doesn't always load efficiently sometimes it is hard to navigate.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

Easy to use and to make lists.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have grown engagement and have helped our users discover more accounts similar to their interset.

  ### 30. Very useful tool that could be a one stop-shop

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Preston M. | Social Media Manager, Writing and Editing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

The ability to use multiple Twitter accounts, live stream twitter feeds, and engage. The filters have also helped me tremendously by enabling me to find specific tweets on specific subjects.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Better functionality for groups, like ways to mark off what's been replied to and who did it. Better functionality for scheduling/calendaring.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

Best tool for managing Twitter, but only has a live monitoring tool. Doesn't have analytics or great publishing tools.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the problem of missing out on engagement. Realized that Twitter is almost impossible to manage as it's a 24/7, constantly moving highway of information.

You can open as many tabs as you like all on one page. TweetDeck is easy to use and helpful for finding fresh sales leads.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

It could maybe make it easier to see relevant tweets with more specific keywords.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

Make you keywords as specific as possible to ensure you get accurate results. Also don't have too many because then you need to scroll across the page to see the results!

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of running multiple accounts at the same time

  ### 33. Gets the job done

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob S. | Sports Reporter, Sports, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2016

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

Adding new accounts is easy and the overall look and feel is nice enough. It's an intuitive piece of software that gets the job done while managing multiple accounts.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

It's not fully featured, the mute function doesn't always work in mentions and there are times when everything gets a little too cluttered. The search function is also pretty terrible and there's not a way to search in your timeline, which is frustrating.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

If you're looking for something that won't cost you any money, then this is fine.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple accounts is necessary for the job, so this is a good way to do it without having to download any extra software to the computer. The company won't pay for a better piece of software, so here we are.

  ### 35. TweekDeck, easy, v.simple social media management

Follow your brand, you competitors, your influencers and more to completely understand everything happening around your social presence. Great for keeping a constant eye on the daily pulse affecting your company and your industry.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Some limited functionality around analytics. Some other tools have better metrics on how your posts are performing. Can't edit scheduled Tweets with images. Can't optimize posting schedule.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Quickly seeing how your social audience is reacting to your content.

- Monitoring large announcements and seeing the real-time response.

- Checking for negativity or customer issues.

  ### 36. Tweetdeck - An awesome free tool for any Twitter power user

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John W. | Community Manager, Entertainment, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2016

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

Tweetdeck conveniently places any of your accounts and search terms in one convenient, updated feed. You can customize and tweak it as you need it to and make it work very similar to Twitter with what you can do inside the area.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

I dislike that there isn't much more beyond the Twitter format that you normally can do in the native Twitter platform. Don't really look for analytic platforms here though or any other extra functionality using Tweetdeck though. It's strictly for observation and making it more efficient.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving some efficiency issues with just observing so many different hashtags/users at once and trying to track everything going on at once.

  ### 37. Great Tool for Smaller Scale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haley T. | Co-Founder/CMO, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

I love that I can customize the dashboard, schedule tweets, and manage multiple accounts. Everything is very straight forward and easy to find.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

I really don't have anything major. Sometimes it can be a little overwhelming if things aren't organized just right, so it just takes time to get it set up exactly how you want.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps with social listening, especially with so many keywords/hashtags we like to be apart of. I also love being able to schedule when I am not able to post in real time.

  ### 38. Great for those who use twitter all the time

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

Really easy to schedule tweets and posts. Interface is simple. Great for monitoring influencers or #s.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Works with Twitter but not the best with other sites, some scheduling has issues, still have to monitor everything manually, no automated push notifications or emails for certain events.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitoring #s and scheduling Tweets. We've saved a lot of time on Twitter with this tool.

  ### 39. Great tool for managing multiple accounts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Furniture | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

I was in a situation where I had to manage a large number of Twitter account for my company, we're talking more than 20. Tweetdeck was fantastic for letting me manage all accounts at the same time. And at the same time, I could keep track of interactions, mentions and what else happened across all the accounts. The user interface was incredible, extremely easy to use and navigate. The tool for scheduling posts is also super easy to use, and it's easy to choose which accounts to post from. For me with tweetdeck, the next step is looking in to CRM integration and how I can mesure against my contacts I already have in my database.

In terms of tracking, I have been using bitly links to track all activity and that has been super easy to use in conjunction with Tweedeck. Overall a really good product I'd recommend to people workign in digital marketing.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Whilst it's great managing a number of account from the same platform, you can have too many accounts and it can get messy I found. I guess that's more down to the fact that I was managing too many accounts, rather than the functionality for the program. I remember I had one flaw with the system; something along the lines of uploading pictures when scheduling posts, I do however believe this was resolved by Tweetdeck.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

Go for it, super easy to use and will do what you need it to do.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was facing a problem of having to deal with too many Twitter accounts. I had to schedule up to 100 posts across my social Twitter accounts on a weekly basis, simply too many social posts having to be scheduled. So I needed a system that could cope with it all and give me the nice overview of my accounts at the same time. Tweetdeck gives you all of that in one platform.

  ### 45. Great tool when you have various accounts.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** José Antonio R. | Member, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2016

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

It's usable for both personal and enterprise accounts. You can have several columns in one screen.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

The default font is a bit small, though you can change that manually to be a bit bigger. Also, doesn't sync with the Twitter apps in terms of read DMs.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

Make sure you have your columns in order. Helps a lot if you have several accounts. And always make sure to tweet from the right account!

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can manage several accounts from just one screen. I can reply to my personal and my work account from just one screen.

  ### 46. It's Okay

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Cosmetics | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

This was nice when it first came out before twitter made it's own platform. The organization was nice and the interface was easy to use.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Outdated and interface is not aesthetically pleasing.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Was solving an easy way to manage social media marketing. Which was nice at the time.

  ### 47. Great and simple to use product

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

I like how you can login to multiple accounts to tweet from one page. Makes it very convenient and easy to see everything in one dashboard.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

It can get a bit frustrating because scheduled tweets don't always show up right away so sometimes you double post.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

N/A

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving how to tweet from multiple accounts on one dashboard.

  ### 48. Useful but not always reliable

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2016

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

I love being able to use TweetDeck to schedule posts well in advance of the date they will post. Due to the duties of my job, I tend to only be able to focus on Twitter scheduling 1-2 times per week, so it's helpful to be able to schedule things all at once.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

I've had several instances where Tweets were not pushed through at the scheduled time. Since sometimes we tweet time-based countdowns, this has been significantly detrimental to scheduling and traffic for our site. Another thing we don't really like about this product is that anyone using the main Twitter account to block or mute another account will not show up on Tweetdeck. Since our site has somewhat controversial topics sometimes, it's important for our writers' safety to have consistent blocking and muting across platforms.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

If you need a scheduling system that reliably pushes out Tweets at a very specific time, Tweetdeck isn't the best product and it would be worth investing in a different product. If your needs are less time-sensitive, Tweetdeck will likely be the best fit for your needs and budget.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a web-based magazine, Twitter is one of our top sources of traffic. Tweetdeck has been instrumental to scheduling Tweets to drive traffic.

  ### 49. Excellent tool but room for improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

I like Tweetdeck's speed and the simplicity of the interface. Notifications are feed in real-time, unlike other social media monitoring tools which update every two minutes. In addition, you can find all the information you need almost immediately due to the excellent UX.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

1. You can edit scheduled tweets with an image. This is frustrating and inhibits the level of flexibility that I know most community managers prefer to work with.
2. No analytics

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The fact that you can do three or four things at once all on the same interface is really useful and saves a lot of time. Monitor brand mentions while keeping on top of industry news while engaging with influencers and your community.

  ### 50. beautiful software, mostly excellent implementation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Defense & Space | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

I love how tweetdeck is seamless across platforms- I can manage social media accounts from my mobile or desktop. the UI looks amazing and sleek and its easy to use.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

I wish that managing multiple streams was handled more intuitively- it can be a bear at times to switch between them and keep them configured the way that fits into my workflow.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to seamlessly manage multiple accounts while keeping req'd hours on just social media down
