I find Tuskr to be the best app for testing. I use Tuskr to create, store, and organize all my test cases. The AI assistant feature is the most important and usable aspect for me, as it helps by generating instant test cases. I also appreciate that it provides a centralized, budget-friendly platform to improve testing efficiency and enhance collaboration. The initial setup was quite easy compared to other products. Additionally, I mostly use the AI feature.

Test case table visibility can be a bit of a pain. The last test case highlighting needs improvement, and it's tricky to manage the list of test cases smoothly.

What I like about Tuskr is how easy it is to get started. As someone in IT, I don’t want to spend a lot of time figuring out a new tool, and Tuskr keeps everything pretty straightforward. Managing test cases, organizing suites, and tracking execution all feel smooth, and it supports basic QA workflows without overcomplicating them.

**What do you dislike about Tuskr?**

At times, it feels like this tool is better suited to small to mid sized teams. When I’m working on larger projects, I start to notice some limitations around customization and more advanced reporting. Adding a few stronger, power user features would make it feel more competitive overall.

What i like the best about Tuskr is how simple and intuitive the interface is. It makes test case management very organized without feeling overcrowding. Creating , updating, and tracking test cases is straightforward, and the dashboard gives a clear overview of testing progress. I also like the collaboration features, as it's easy for team members to stay aligned and track issues efficiently.

One thing I dislike about Tuskr is that some of the advanced features and integrations feel a bit limited compared to  more established tools. At times customization options for reports or workflows could be more flexible. Also, There can be a slight learning curve when trying to explore deeper functionalities beyond the basics. It's not a major issue but improving these areas would make the overall experience even better.

This is a minor quibble, however, as the existing API provides ample flexibility for those willing to configure it.

I really like that Tuskr brings organization to our testing process, which used to be chaotic with spreadsheets and random documents. The Test Case Management and Test Run Execution features are the core of our daily workflow and make it easy to see the status of tests at a glance, saving us a lot of time. The Requirement Traceability feature is surprisingly useful for linking test cases directly to product requirements, helping us quickly check test coverage. Version control for test cases is another aspect I appreciate, allowing us to track changes made by different team members, which is handy when something is edited incorrectly. I enjoy that collaboration is built into the workflow with discussion threads and mentions, making communication between QA and developers smoother. I also like the flexibility the tool offers with custom fields and workflow options, as every team's QA process can differ. Finally, the API integration is handy since it pushes automated test results into Tuskr, keeping reporting clear and saving time on manual updates.

One thing that doesn’t work perfectly for me in Tuskr is that parts of the interface can start to feel a bit dense when you’re dealing with really large test suites. Navigating through them or quickly filtering down to the exact ones you need can take a few more clicks than I’d prefer. It’s not a major issue, but during busy testing cycles it sometimes slows things down a little. There were a couple of moments where I caught myself thinking there should probably be a quicker way to jump straight to a specific test. Tuskr is simple to set up and easy to navigate. The Jira integration is seamless — I can link failed test cases directly to Jira tickets without leaving the platform. The test run feature gives a clear real-time view of pass/fail/blocked statuses, which makes progress tracking much easier than our previous Google Sheets setup."

I find the question report to be really bad and would like enhancements in that area. Additionally, better flexibility in managing test suites and enabling custom coding would be pretty good. The pricing is also confusing and somewhat expensive.

What I like best about Tuskr is how it brings structure and clarity to our entire QA process. As an IT Admin, I regularly use it to manage internal testing for application updates and infrastructure changes. The interface is clean and easy to work with setting up test cases, assigning them to team members and tracking their execution is very straightforward.
The Jira integration is one of the biggest advantages. It keeps our testing and development teams in perfect sync by automatically updating bug statuses and linking test cases to issues. This reduces a lot of manual follow-ups and confusion during release cycles. I also appreciate how Tuskr allows me to monitor real time progress and generate quick reports for management or post deployment reviews. Overall, it has made our QA workflow faster, more transparent and better organized.
