**What do you like best about Turtl?**

Turtl helps me create professional-looking documents quickly. The page templates are particularly useful, as they make it easy to produce polished documents without needing to design everything from scratch.

**What do you dislike about Turtl?**

Uploading photos currently feels slow, and the process could be more efficient. I’d prefer the ability to upload images in bulk and then select from them later while building a document. It would be especially useful to drop in several photos at once and have Turtl automatically create a photo montage or pre-formatted layout.

**What problems is Turtl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a national main contractor and primarily use Turtl to create quick capability documents for clients. We maintain pre‑formatted project profiles and core business information sections, which we can easily select and pull into client‑specific documents. This makes it much faster to respond to client requirements. We also use Turtl for more detailed “deep dive” project documents where we want to present information in a structured, visually engaging way.

**What do you like best about Turtl?**

I like using Turtl for creating marketing and commercial documents because it allows me to create more engaging and better laid-out content that can be dynamic to the user. I find it user-friendly, which is something I really appreciate. Another thing I like is its ability to surface user data. I use the chart functionality a lot because it's simple to create, especially with the ease of importing data. The initial setup was very smooth, supported by a customer success individual.

**What do you dislike about Turtl?**

I need to get better access to auto layout. I sometimes feel that the templates are limited in their offering. Just have better variety, and some that are better linked to narrative storytelling.

I use Turtl to create pre-meeting documents and really value how it helps us engage clients in a personalized and cohesive way. The platform produces polished, professional end product and makes it easy to develop highly tailored, account-specific content. Our team relies on these documents to support and advance high-value opportunities throughout the pipeline. When I first started using Turtl, I found it intuitive and easy to navigate, and I was able to quickly get up to speed alongside a colleague.

**What do you dislike about Turtl?**

I run into hiccups with wanting to change font or move things around on my default pages. I would just like more of an opportunity to customize within my default slides. Being able to click on each item and change it or move it around. Accessible to more fonts. Turtl doesn't support OpenReel so it is an extra step in the process that should be unnecessary.

I use Turtl to reach clients in a highly individualized and organized way. It helps us create professional, account-based documents that push high-value opportunities across the pipeline.

**What do you like best about Turtl?**

I find Turtl easy to use, and I like that it provides template suggestions because a blank page can be hard to start with. It's a platform that presents information in a visually engaging way, which is great for employee benefits and learning and development materials. I also appreciate how easy it is to publish content and share a draft link, making it simple for others to review. The template suggestions help make creating a design quicker, easier, and possibly more visually appealing.

**What do you dislike about Turtl?**

I find it frustrating that content blocks leap around sometimes and are hard to move back or find where they have hopped to. I would prefer the left hand side content window to be in appearance order as the left doesn't always match the layout on the right hand side if things have moved around after initial placement. Sometimes when you try to move content to a different page you can't because the option drops off screen and isn't scrollable. It would be good to have a larger variety of stock photos.

I find Turtl easy to use with template suggestions that make design quicker and more appealing. Draft link sharing simplifies content review. It presents information visually, great for employee benefits and learning materials.

**What do you like best about Turtl?**

I just love how easy Turtl is to use and how quickly you can put something together that represents your brand. It's become my go-to whenever something needs to be put together that looks great. The ability to produce high-quality content much faster is a real plus, which is great for the volume of work we handle. The platform is also wonderful for live updates, which solves the issue of errors slipping through the net. I also like the interactivity that Turtl brings, even though I wish there was a little more of it. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy because everything was taken care of, including personalizing our account and setting up our brand assets.

**What do you dislike about Turtl?**

As much as I do think it is user friendly, there are some elements that aren't as obvious or easy to navigate to. I know that we've got Hatch, AI, but I think just a bit more of a clear analytic space would be and a bit more intuitive in an analytic space. Would be nice to have.

**What problems is Turtl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Turtl helps us produce content faster and in higher volumes while maintaining quality. The live updates feature is great for our small team, reducing issues with proofing by allowing real-time changes.

**What do you like best about Turtl?**

I love how Turtl makes it easy to create really visually appealing ebooks. It structures itself very well and takes a lot of the guesswork out of design. The biggest thing Turtl does for us is really increases our engagement and gets viewers to actually click through and read more about our company. Since switching from making everything by hand, Turtl has helped us create more in a shorter time span while keeping them looking really engaging.

Well, as a layout designer myself, sometimes I get frustrated because I don't have all the freedom that I would have from something like InDesign. But I understand that you have to have those guardrails in place to help people that don't know how to design or to make sure that everything is standardized across the board.

I use Turtl in my HR role and love how intuitive it is. I don't need to be an expert in digital creation to get started, and I'm able to jump in, make changes to docs, and create new content without expertise. It allows me to update key information in real time without having to create new docs, which is so much easier than using PowerPoint or other docs. I also really like how tutorials are offered, making it easier to learn. The live updates are crucial for my dynamic business, letting me update without wasting time creating new docs every time. The initial setup was very easy, with our account manager walking us through how to use it.

Nothing to dislike - honestly!

I love that all content ever done in Turtl is categorized, making it so easy to be edited. Plus, the reader finds it really attractive. I also appreciate that the reports and guides can be made very quickly without needing to create any URL, and they still come out as professional materials. This also solves the problem of needing a designer to create modern content.

**What do you dislike about Turtl?**

When diagraming content, sometimes a few lines at the bottom of the page are harder to be updated. In addition, some elements like disclaimers cannot be edited by myself, I usually have to ask for help from the help chat (which is fast, by the way).

Turtl helps me create professional materials quickly without needing a designer. It eliminates the need to create any URLs and categorizes all content, making it attractive and easy to edit for my clients.

I also appreciate how interactive it is when it comes to the customer experience. I think it'd be great to see AI as part of their offering. And I know Turtl is working on landing page features. I like the UI/UX of Turtl. It's easy to figure out how to add content to pages and incorporate elements that look good on the content. The support and onboarding experience were also excellent. We meet weekly with our rep to get help.

Bit of a learning curve to use the platform and understand more about the performance. Required some additional training to learn how to use the AI tools.

I like Turtl because it gives me the freedom to design using the freeform, which allows me to better accommodate images and texts without the previous limitations of columns. Additionally, I can share a draft version before publishing an ebook, which makes it easier to verify with other teams before its publication. I also appreciate that it was easy to set up and understand from the beginning.

**What do you dislike about Turtl?**

A graph of visits according to countries would be good. Currently, it is only available as a filter; it would be good to have it as a pie chart and see what percentage of the total is from X or Y country.

I like being able to put things exactly where I want them,  as with Adobe InDesign. This works for some people but I hate not having that freedom

It makes things look good without too much thought going into it. I'm yet to try the AI features but I feel like this would speed up certain processes for me.

It's pretty straight-forward in creating a brochure/report from scratch and has all the necessary tools. All the basics can be set-up with the support team and data tracking is useful. It's also handy to share the report link as oppose to sending out PDFs. Can be integrated in many platforms.

**What do you dislike about Turtl?**

It's user interface can be quite annoying sometimes. For example, the pages keep sliding to the next one whenever I click at an element on the page. Also, I can't copy and paste elements between pages.

I like the ease of design and the final output that Turtl provides. It ensures that previously boring looking specification guides are now both on-brand and easy to use, which aligns perfectly with our positioning. Also, the initial setup of Turtl was very easy.

Sometimes the interface becomes confused when editing and the page advances rather than selecting the content. Perhaps navigation could be paused when editing. Text effects would be useful such as animations to make pages pop.

**What do you like best about Turtl?**

I like that Turtl is easy to use. You do not need technical skills to build something that looks polished. It almost works like a CMS, which is helpful for marketing teams.  What stands out for me:  • Simple to build interactive content with polls, questions, videos and modular layouts • Designs look clean without heavy design work • Strong analytics with reader level insight • HubSpot integration supports better engagement tracking and follow up  It lets us create, publish and learn from content in one place. It also acts as a mirror for our work. We may think a piece of content lands well, but Turtl gives us real reader data to prove it. It removes guesswork and shows whether our content is actually delivering impact.

**What do you dislike about Turtl?**

I don’t think Turtl replaces creative expertise. You can build content quickly with templates or create new layouts with ease, but design still benefits from a real designer to take storytelling and visuals further. It's similar to PowerPoint: anyone can build slides from a template, but a creative eye still makes the difference in how strong it feels.  A smaller improvement for me would be better suppression or filtering for internal readers, as employee engagement in a remote-first team can influence analytics.

**What problems is Turtl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Turtl shows us what resonates. We can see how readers move through content, which sections land well, and where engagement drops. This helps us refine messaging and campaigns, and it reduces the guesswork. Someone downloading an asset doesn’t always mean they read it or found value. Turtl lets us see real engagement rather than counting empty leads.  It also gives us visibility into which accounts are engaging more deeply. We can share those insights with Sales and Channel so they have context on who interacted, what they viewed and where interest may be forming. This helps guide how they engage with prospects, customers and partners.

I really appreciate how easy Turtl makes it to create new documents. It's simple to embed additional documents or videos, which adds significant value and versatility to my presentations. The analytics feature is fantastic as it provides insights into what content people find most engaging, allowing me to tailor documents to better suit my audience's interests. Moreover, I love that when I update a document online, it automatically provides everyone with access to the latest version without the need to resend it. This seamless updating process is a major time-saver and ensures consistency in communication.

**What do you dislike about Turtl?**

I find that sending only a link to the document can sometimes be a challenge for those who receive it and aren't familiar with the platform. Additionally, while embedding additional content into the document works great if the document is used online, it doesn't download those additional pages when saving the document in PDF format. I also believe the price could be prohibitive for personal use.

What I like best about Turtl is its ability to combine beautiful, no-code content creation with deep analytics that link directly to business outcomes. It’s not just about making content look good—it’s about personalizing the experience, measuring real engagement, and helping teams align around content that actually drives pipeline and revenue. That combination of creativity and measurable impact is pretty unique.

I really like what Turtl does for interactive content, but I do think the mobile experience could be stronger. On desktop it’s fantastic, but on smaller screens, the readability and navigation aren’t quite as fluid. It’s something that’s improving over time, and I’m confident it’ll continue to evolve.

The ability to create eye catching visuals is great.  I love that I can have videos embedded behind text to attract the readers attention and monitor statistics to see how much attention my documents are getting.  The best part though is the ability to fix an error after a document has already gone out.  We're human, it happens.  Being able to catch it before others is great!

**What do you dislike about Turtl?**

I still have a few learning curves on finding things.  Turtl customer service is great but maybe some simple tutorial videos would be handy?  In fairness, I do not use Turtl as frequently as I should so my retention isn't the best.

**What problems is Turtl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to view analytics helps a lot.  In the past I spent far too much time in areas where I can now clearly see my customers aren't really paying attention.  I can now put my focus where their focus is at.  My CSM is also wonderful with frequent check-ins to make sure Turtl meets our needs and she's always telling us about things we were not aware Turtl could do.

I think the only downside is the time it can take to format your messaging and imagery to suit the platform, but once you get used to it this becomes faster and easier.

Turtl solves the problem of being able to asses a brochures success. Previously a PDF might be able to feed you data in terms of downloads but being able to see if the person read the document throughout and engaged with it is, is much more valuable.
