What do you like best about Turis?

The friendly and professional customer service is truly phenomenal. As someone new to wholesale and gradually building up my offering, I need flexibility and have many questions about making adjustments. It's incredibly valuable to be able to reach out and receive personalized support, rather than just being directed to a robot or a link. What do you dislike about Turis?

Turis offers a lot of great functionalities, sometimes I find it a bit overwhelming to navigate through all the options. With so many features available, I occasionally lose track of my last actions or changes, which makes it harder to maintain an overview. Perhaps including a feature that tracks recent actions or settings changes could help users stay oriented. This would make it easier to stay on top of tasks and streamline the overall experience. What do you like best about Turis?

The Turis team are always incredibly helpful and very friendly. The customer order portal is very well designed and the back end is easy to use with loads of useful functionality. The initial setup process was quick and straightforward, especially as Turis take care of a lot of that for you. Customers are now regularly using the platform with no negative feedback. What do you like best about Turis?

I started using Turis few months ago and it has already made a great change for my small business. The system is very easy to navigate, and I’ve already received positive feedback from some of my customers. They particularly appreciate the clean layout and how intuitive it is to use.

The support I received during setup was excellent. Viktoria was very helpful in guiding me through the process and went above and beyond to assist with integration with my Shopify B2C shop. The syncronization was easy even for me, but Viktoria was always available to speed up the transition and ensure everything was running smoothly.

I wish I had signed up sooner – I have a small company and now I’m saving so much time.... and my customers are too! Highly recommend this platform to anyone looking for a smooth B2B tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Turis?

Easier Customization of the Storefront:

It would be helpful to have more options for customizing the storefront to make it easier for buyers to navigate between categories and products. For example, the ability to translate product categories (such as "dog", "cat", etc.) into Swedish.

We would appreciate an easier way to sort products. Ideally, we would like to be able to drag-and-drop products within a product grid to reorder them, both under "All Products" and within specific categories (e.g., dog, cat, etc.).

Improved Price List Management:

Managing price lists could be more streamlined. It would be useful to open a specific price list and view all associated products, margins, and prices in one place. This would allow for easier adjustments. Currently, we have to edit each product individually, which is time-consuming and makes it difficult to get an overview of the prices within a specific list. What do you like best about Turis?

Most of the platform has been very intuitive to use. Where we have had difficulties and confusion, the support from Viktoria and the rest of the team has been fast and impeccable in ensuring we find a solution. We can always rely on a great service!

What do you like best about Turis?

There is two main things that make Turis an awesome tool to work with:

1. It´s easy to use and has a lot of options when it comes to personalize the features to your liking. That makes it easy to integrate it into yout existing workflow.

2. The staff, especially Viktoria in the support team, is very supportive. I always get information about new implementations from her right away.
