Other than hiring someone, this is the best solution to file taxes for a small business or a startup. The biggest get was the ability to do 1099's without using a third party. It also finds business expenses within my Quicken (yes I am small and use Quicken, not QuickBooks). "Good for small business/self employed" 3.5/5 What do you like best about TurboTax Business? The relatively user-friendly interface helps to clarify the difficulties associated with self-employment taxes and nonemployee compensation. The software was responsible for finding an extra 15-20% in refund for me personally, which defrayed the cost of the software itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about TurboTax Business? The installed program is actually less aestehtic and user-friendly than the online version, which may or may not be an issue for most users. The price seemed a little higher than competitors, but as I mentioned previously, this was defrayed by the refunds I received by utilizing the program itself. This product is specifically designed for business users, which is different than the standard turbo tax product (which I have also used). Although the price is higher, the business software helps to simplify the often complicated process of business taxes including itemized deductions and refunds.
