It is great being able to send a timesheet or expense report to my supervisor for approval without needing to print and sign it. I love the OOTB application that is pretty much setup and ready to run given you utilize the existing metadata fields that they provide and you want to capture. I like that we use a general template for all payments that is uploaded in Readsoft. The payment then automatically goes through approval levels in Readsoft and once approved is uploaded to SAP. I do not like, however, the fact that if you get one small thing wrong on the template the system with reject it because this will create a problem with the upload into SAP.
