This is a company of shysters. There is no integrity here. The software is NOT WORKING! There solutions is simple. Shut off my firewall and all will be well. Don't worry! It's perfectly safe. Customer service reps are out of their minds by making that suggestion. They will not refund my purchase claiming that I am not following their instructions, and until I do so, nothing doing. **Recommendations to others considering TunesKit DRM Media Converter:** Support is terrible.
